Finally got a chance to review, in a nutshell A+++ Service from the Magician/Balloon Artist/Character the assistant Meh. If she could be anywhere else in the world it wasn't at our house or with the kids. Her energy was so low I didn't even bother talking to her the rest of the evening. Even the parents noticed and asked me what's up with her, such a dark cloud compared to the MC. Not only did she dress like she was going to pick up groceries/run errands. Her attitude matched, which is why I give them a 4. First impressions are everything and she missed the mark. I am not asking for you to be dressed in tails but it was a birthday party at a clients house you could have stepped it up a bit. Either she wasn't in the mood and woke up with RBF or working with kids is not for her. If I decide to choose them again I rather not have her energy in my house. I read the reviews before i did the party and forgot to not get swords LOL, they were a not a good choice. Get hats and bunny rabbits - parents and kids will thank you later. I read about the nightmares and had my money right at the start in my bedroom. The party moved along great and he was a rockstar as I cleaned up messes, tended to the food and other guests until dinner and cake time. All in all they saved the day and kept the budget in line. I asked so many questions, she had an answer for every one. I got the five hour rental with entertainment and bounce house. I also got two balloon columns with my daughter name which came out exactly how I wanted! I was also given two assistants to help with the party. When I arrived to decorate everything was set up. Danielle took away all the stress of decorating for the event and even gave us some great recommendations for our theme. The ending result was exactly what we envisioned! I'm pleased with the service I received yesterday. I had my daughter's 1st birthday at home in my backyard. I got the face paint, balloon twisting and magician package adding cotton candy. The kids had so much fun! The ladies who came by were engaging and the kids enjoyed. Also idk what happened to the friendly clown. No one was dress up nicely which I think would have been a great addition. Maybe the cotton candy machine should have been around little longer so all the kids could have gotten one. He shows up at least 30 minutes in advance, is attentive the needs of the children and is always very professional and friendly. I recently had a party here and it was great, the place was big and fit everyone who came. When I arrived everything was ready and the girls had no problem adding a few more chairs or tables. They helped clean up after the party and were very flexible with the time for the entertainment being adjusted. Both entertainers were great with the kids and provided an extradorinaiy experience for my sons first birthday. Unfortunately I never got their name but it was for a party booked on August 8th. Highly dissatisfied! Aside from being late and coming alone the " entertainer" had no personality and was shy. Did not Introduce herself, just sat down and starting painting kids faces. Did not speak to the kids or play any music even AFTER i asked her to and when I spoke to the "manager" it only got worse. Offered no apology and showed no concern to try and fix the situation. We have had parties at their location and the girls are awesome and it even comes with a bouncy castle which the kids love! The venue is big and accommodated all my guest (they have a 2nd smaller location as well). They made my nieces party easy and fun since planning parties are usually stressful but the girls helped me and made sure everything was great. I have also had their services come to my house and they were great!
