My issue is regarding your professionalism and being disrespected. ** Luckily I will not post the video I took of you yelling several profanities, lies, and also stating leave, don't bother to clean just get " F " out repeatedly while having your several security guards try to calm you down almost an hour before the time everyone was supposed to leave. Maybe that's why no one else stayed back to clean to your standards after everything was removed. I will not post it, but simply mention it because we're both adults and I'm sure you're aware of your behavior and the goal is not to embarrass but enlighten you. I'm not unfair in the sense that you were frustrated for the reasons you are claiming, however your anger was misplaced and directed towards the WRONG INDIVIDUALS. The person/team that booked you, these are issues that you speak directly to them. Not go on an uncontrollable rampage of misplaced anger and blame on anyone and everyone within your view. You don't criminalize a bystander for something they did not do. As a grown man you should know better than to scream at women that way even if that wasn't your initial intentions. Myself and those you behaved that way with were not responsible for everything you're clearly upset about. If you're talking about safety precautions, and the usual banter most businesses use to salvage their reputation, doesn't apply to what my complaint is. It is your behavior is what made most of the females in attendance feel unsafe, uncomfortable and disrespected. And as far as how long you've been in business for, I live a few blocks away literally, you're not well known in a positive light. Refer to the other reviews with similar experiences in a different context. I am sorry you feel that way, but as someone in attendance I'm entitled to share my experience whether it's positive or negative. Hopefully you can take your behavior into consideration and account for your future clients, and I do actually wish you well. I can understand when someone is frustrated but that doesn't excuse accountability for your actions.

Typically, functions are run internally and externally by an Ad Hoc committee comprised by whom ever is renting the hall, or, in this case, the American Legions staff. Ten dollars gets you in the door which guarantees each patron all the soda, beer, coffee and tea y'all can drink. Plus hotdogs, baked beans, potato & macaroni salads to eat. November 19th's event was the annual Turkey Shoot which was mainly composed of raffles with tremendous prizes donated my many local merchants. One dollar buys you a ticket, and the rounds continue until all prizes are won, totalling close to twenty rounds. All proceeds are donated to the veterans, which is one of the finest causes for our disposable income to go.

The wife and I walked into Villa Russo to meet with KIM in March of 2025. The wife and I had a vision for the theme of the party. Well let me tell you, Kim had samples AND PICTURES of those samples at ACTUAL events. These things made the decision making so much easier because you did not have to visualize anything. It was already there in pictures. To say that Kim led us by the hand and showed us the way is truly an understatement. We believe she went above and beyond what was necessary. We were a little nervous planning a big event like this. Having Kim alongside us every step of the way was such a relief. Whenever my wife had a question about the event, Kim had an answer. THIS WOMAN KNOWS HER BUSINESS!!! When we arrived for our event, we had Justin who was running the room and Riswan who was assisting him. At bartender, we had the sweetest young lady by the name of Minerva. Minerva knew everything as far as what attendees wanted to drink. She was very quick and sweet. Justin is a superstar. He communicated with me about everything and with the help of our DJay Roger, helped move the party along smoothly. Then you have Riswan. There was nothing he would not do for my family and friends. Upon arriving at Villa Russo, guests were welcomed by an antipasto platter. Super delicious and super gone quickly. Food is the perfect ice breaker. For our salad we chose the Caesar salad. The pasta course was rigatoni a la vodka. A BIG HIT with the guests. For entrees, our guests chose from Shell steak, salmon, chicken francese or eggplant rolatini. Everybody raved about the food and especially the service. If any of our guests needed anything, Justin and Riswan were super quick to respond. The truth is there is not enough space for words to really say how grateful we are to everyone at Villa Russo. From Kim literally taking us by the hand and making our vision a reality. to Justin, Riswan, Minerva and Roger, our Djay, Villa Russo AGAIN, DELIVERED a most memorable night for us all. EVERYONE felt welcomed and had a superb time. The food was fabulous. The ambience was perfect. The night, the most memorable we've had. I don't want to call him little guy(I forgot his name) but he was so helpful and did everything for me and even came outside to help me unload everything out of my car. Anything I asked of him he did with no problem! He was a sweetie! The lady that was helping serve the food and cleaned up was also sweet and she set up all the food for me. The bartender was excellent and he even made a Colombian rum punch for us that was amazing! The valet parkers was great and fast! They really made my day so much easier than I expected and I tipped everyone for my appreciation and they were very thankful. Now Kenny (The owner) was such a sweetheart from the beginning and gave me a good price to use his beautiful Hall. He will work with you as much as he can. Every time I came to his office we talked like we knew each other for years! He was very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable! He always picked up his phone anytime I called and answered every question and any concern and always was reassuring. Anytime I wanted to come in to view the place to get more ideas on how to decorate he said come on in, no problem! Even when I was getting off work late he'll say come on I'll wait for you! He was just always nice and helpful. Carlos the manager was easy to work with and we settled on a package that we were happy with. This location has plenty of bathrooms and the lighting and sound system is top notch. Our baby shower had 50-60 people and the venue felt spacious and perfect. We were also allowed to set up the night before (if there are no events happening in which case we lucked out) and that helped tremendously and are very grateful they let us do that. Not only did she give us a runaround, but when we returned to the venue to follow up, she was dismissive, rude, and continued to make excuses rather than take responsibility. She also denied any affiliation with the DJ whose music overpowered our event, which was clearly untrue. The lying, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior left us feeling disrespected and deceived. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime milestone for my father turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty, or proper event management. Roopi is a snake!!
