The room we were in wasn't huge by any means but it got the job done with just enough space for dancing towards the end of the evening. I ordered the filet mignon and was surprised when they asked how I wanted it cooked. Filet mignon is to only be cooked one way. Regardless I said rare since nowhere in public makes steak actually rare. Instead I received a piece of meat completely overcooked, no flavor, and impossible to cut. I looked around our table of 10 and more than half of us experienced the same issue. Again, I was pretty fully from the fabulous cocktail hour so I let it slide (and am still giving this place 4 stars) but they really need to learn how to cook a steak. Valet parking is available but they will make you take an elevator down to the garage if it fills up too quick. Coat check was unavailable but it was September so I kind of understand that. Restroom is TINY. 4 stalls for various rooms. The powder area is beautiful, though.

When I pointed out that she seemed unwilling to help, her explanation was that it was St. Patrick's Day and she was surrounded by balloons. That's not a customer service response, that's an excuse. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is NYC and there are plenty of options with far better customer service. Disappointing experience.
