I have used their service for my son's first two birthday parties. No problem. However, this year, I've been trying to finalize my order, and the owner, who I thought was very nice, never got back to me when he said he would (on two occasions). I e-mailed him at last resort, stating that this would be my last attempt to contact him and if I don't hear from him then I guess I will go elsewhere. Well, I haven't heard back. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and no longer recommend them. Interesting how another reviewer recently wrote exactly the same thing I have experienced. I have used them for every occasion I've had. But this time i experienced such bad services. My sisters engagement party is tomorrow, and i've been in contact with them since before the New Year. I was told that he would get in touch with after the New Year. I waited a few days and heard nothing. So of course I reached out, and he told me that we were still on for the balloons and he'd call me the next day. Long and short I never received a call from him. So safe to assume that he will not be doing my balloons being that the party is tomorrow. I guess he didn't need my service, hence no call back. Thanks for nothing! read more

The owner of this place is the nicest most honest person you can meet. I bought a few helium balloons from amazon and went to him to have them filled and he filled them for free. Ordered balloons for my wife's surprise 50th Birthday party on a Tuesday for a Sat night party. Balloons never arrived and when I called several times nobody was there to answer phone. Voice mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. Finally I spoke with owner and he is yelling at me to say the balloons were delivered to the catering hall and he hangs up the phone on me. Well the balloons were delivered but to the wrong room. Very unprofessional and I dont know how they stay in business. Now I have to fight to get my money back since I paid in full. Next time I will go to party city and do the job myself.. It will be cheaper and I will be assured that the job is done right! read more
