I reached asking for my contract and she responded that she hasn't had time to create a contract for me. I then asked for my deposit back and was told that I was going to receive it. As of August 6, 2022, 3 months from the time I left my deposit, I have yet to receive my contract( which I no longer wish to receive) nor my deposit. I have reached out via text messages and phone calls. She scans her calls and text messages. For these reasons, I would not recommend this business. Unfortunately, the woman who answered was unhelpful and condescending. Every time I tried to describe what I was looking for, she repeatedly said she didn't understand what I was trying to say, rather than simply walking me through their available options. When I suggested she do exactly that, she was resistant. She also mentioned pricing in a way that felt oddly out of context, almost as if she was implying the balloons were expensive. When I pointed out that she seemed unwilling to help, her explanation was that it was St. Patrick's Day and she was surrounded by balloons. That's not a customer service response, that's an excuse. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is NYC and there are plenty of options with far better customer service. Disappointing experience.

Our son was turning one and we don't have too many kids in our party but I wanted something for the kids to enjoy. The children were beyond themselves. And the adults were lining up for balloons too. I think the adults enjoyed it more. They were very impressed with his talent. He took each request with detail and made magic with these balloons. Angel blows everything with his own breathe.
