He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. It was a very simple order and I was given a price of $2 per balloon , which equals $80 with a $25 delivery fee. I called back and asked Robert to tie them in 8 bunches of five balloons to make it easier for us and they changed the price drastically and overcharged me $25 for each bunch of 5 balloons plus a delivery fee of $35. It came out to over $250 with tax. I didn't have much choice because I was pressed for time so I accepted the price reluctantly. they were supposed to be delivered to the restaurant which is only a few miles away from their office at 11 am. On the day of the party, it was 1130 am and the balloons still had not been delivered, and I hadn't received any phone call explaining the delay. I called the office and was told they needed to get a driver and would be there in a half hour with no other explanation. My guests were to arrive at 12 PM and this was not acceptable. They arrived at around 12 PM when my guests were arriving as well, which caused some embarrassing confusion as people were walking in the door as we were scampering to put the balloons on the tables. As we were doing this, Robert actually had the audacity to take some of the balloon weights which I had already paid for after we tied them to our centerpieces when I wasn't watching. I've never seen such dishonesty and poor customer service, overcharging and taking advantage of a situation with something that should be relatively simple and fun. Do not use this company. They are a rip off!!!!

The employees there are nice, especially this one guy who looks to be in his low 30s, white, average built. CONS: Their website needs to update when it comes to new shipments, especially fireworks and sporting gear. Their parking isn't that big and the store seems cluttered. Their prices are also high compared to stores around the area and the nice guy in his 30s always pushes you to buy things OVERALL: Definitely a place I would look around in just to see if anything catches your eye. I always hold parties so there's a lot of party gear, games, and entertainment this place has that will make your guests satisfied
