I was beyond pleased with the service provided by Magical Teamwork! They were so friendly and GREAT with the kids!! The moment they walked in they set up (they had all their own supplies to set up I didn't need to provide anything but the space) As soon as they set up (within minutes) they started walking around blowing up balloons and engaging the kids, once a good group of kids were involved they went back to their station and started. They responded promptly to my online request, spelled out their policies and pricing, and were understanding when I forgot to respond immediately to book. We booked a face painter and balloon animal twister. They arrived on time, setup within a few minutes, and kept a group of 11 kids ages 2-6 occupied for an hour. I hired Magical Teamwork to do face painting and balloon art for my son's first birthday party last month and I could not have been happier with their service. Leading up to the party we had to change locations and they were extremely helpful and quickly confirmed the new location worked for them. They also discouraged me from hiring them for a longer show than what was needed for the age group and number of kids at the party when they could've easily convinced me to extend and pay more than I needed to. They arrived right on time for the party and quickly set up. They were incredibly nice and engaging with all of my guests. They even made a bunch of extra balloons for the kids to have after they left in case any kids didn't get one (we had a lot of other activities including a bunch of baby pools that some kids didn't want to leave) or if any popped. I would highly recommend them and hope to have them at another event that I plan in the future. read more
