They're lightning quick with their responses and definitely make you, the client, feel like you're important to them! They customize every single wedding they do (and they do a lot!). Most photobooth companies allow you to choose a backdrop and layout. The U Booth goes way beyond that. They contacted me every single time they had a new back drop. Margaret sent me literally 50 iterations of our layout. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my big day! On top of that, they work with a prop company to customize props that are catered to you! I had requested emoji props and they procured a bunch of plush emojis that everyone LOVED! All their props were sooo unique - down to the inflatable heart. They even worked with me to quickly create a Texas vs New York prop the week prior to the wedding. The day of the wedding, Margaret and Cesar set up quickly and had everything ready to go prior to the ceremony start. The photos printed out super quickly and the social media integration was key. All my guests had a BLAST and all commented how this was one of the most unique and fun photobooths they've seen. I don't know what I would have done without The U Booth (and their subsequent IG posts of our wedding!). I love reliving my wedding day through all their photos. Thank you soooo much Margaret and Cesar!

Just when I thought things couldn't be more perfect with my experience - the wind kicked up. Antonia and her team moved the arch and spent additional time to ensure it was secure and would withstand the wind. She and her team also assisted us as we pivoted moving all the balloon bunches under the tent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTONIA AND HER AMAZING TEAM! I will definitely be taking advantage of her top notch services for every event I plan moving forward! Professional, amazing attention to detail, worked within my budget... I was really impressed by the photos other users uploaded. She told me I should get the henna done the day before my birthday so it can look its best on my special day and quoted me a VERY reasonable price. Fatema is amazing! She's super fast, informative and sweet. She did my design in less than 10 minutes and explained to me how henna works. Apparently your body temperature has a lot to do with the final result. She made me put on my coat and (tons) of layers before she started. And when she was done, she put lemon juice all over it so it can come out bright orange. Fatema even let me sit in her home for nearly 20 minutes to let the paste dry -- and offered me grapes! Definitely going back to her again and I've already recommended her to a friend of mine who's marrying a Guyanese man in the near future.
