We always had Mini Max and Dee and Dee, which was the old name, before they rebranded, to D2. The store was a discount store but never had anything out of place, they were always friendly and courteous and eager to assist. This location opened up last month and it's much better. Still heat, still friendly, but much larger and bright. Still with great pricing. Hopefully the community welcomes them back with open arms, like I did. It was crowded, so I believe so.

I told her it says that price and she said no. Overall, felt like I was lied, next time I will definitely check the prices. The nursery was fully temperate to maximize the best growth of these delicate flowers and plants. The combination of poor product knowledge and "take it or leave it" policies made it an easy decision to take my money elsewhere. In contrast, Best Buy actually explains options, removes doors if needed, and as a member I have 60 days to exchange. During those 60 days, they also price match if I find a cheaper price for the same model. On top of that, they even gave me a $200 Best Buy gift card. A night-and-day difference in customer service.

I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. Getting no refund or credit after just one day of use is unacceptable. I won't be using their services again, and caution others to think twice before purchasing from this store.
