We were under contract on a property that was suppose to be delivered vacant. They promised tenant was already moving out last year November. We entered contract and sent $45k for escrow from a high interest account we have. For 5 months they kept saying tenant was moving out, after doing some research and investigation we find out tenant was never moving out. They actually signed a new lease ending in July 2026! Long story short, after rate locks, home inspections, appraisals and lawyer fees, we are out more than $4,000! Will be writing to the BBB also!

Diane was with us during the home inspection and she gave us good tips. Lisa and Diane were both there during closing and we couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction and process.
