A client of mine referred Lydia to me. She is by far one of the best real estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From beginning to end, she was professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. Her experience in real estate truly shows, and she went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an agent. What impressed me most was how much Lydia stepped up when things became complicated. She didn't just do her own job exceptionally well--she went out of her way to help with things that honestly should have been handled by the attorney as well. You can tell she takes pride in her work and actually cares about the people she represents, not just the transaction. Lydia is the type of professional you hope to have on your side during something as important and stressful as a real estate transaction. She is hardworking, dependable, experienced, and incredibly kind. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home. She truly deserves more than five stars! read more

Extremely disappointment. A huge lack of communication. When trying to schedule appointments to view units it's lil to no help setting concrete appointments. I have asked and attempted with follow ups to show interest and it's crickets. This my time and livelihood. If they don't want to help or work with people who are genuinely interested in a home then maybe this isn't the field for them!!! Highly disappointed read more

So happy with Robert Defalco's office, I dealt with Mike and Ronnie both very professional and knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier

Now, today I saw nyc financial rolling data(which house sold price) which is 10k less than my asking price. Please stay away from this real estate agent company. read more

The term "Consummate professional" is an understatement whent it comes to their 2 businesses. Sal was patient and effective in the workplace with the Banks and the Buyer. If you need someone trustworthy and loyal then you are in the right place. Whether it's buying a short sale , trying to get a positive outcome in selling your home this is the Company. The buyer told me that Sal should have received payment from my realtor and lawyers. He helped out both parties and was patient and accessible. Elan Ribenbach read more

Had a terrible experience with this real estate agency (Glen) Some people that work in this office dont understand the meaning of real estate where they help their clients and get exact amount of the rent 2000$+ is not a small amount so people at least want to receive normal communication. As we found our rental communication with Glen was very rude. He had such a bad attitude like i felt he was doing us a favor in helping us with the rental. His communication turned us away from renting this home which is not good outcome for a real estate and owner. All they care about is their part of the money and thats it. I am not going to go into details with what he had told us but that is not a way to treat people, especially when you charge a decent amount just for a SHOWING and ATTITUDE. DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMEND! read more

I called to inquire about a house around the area I've lived at for 17years. I spoke with Ms. Virginia Saldon, I told her I couldn't buy the house for the price she said to me . Her reply: "well all the houses are sold anyway you idiot". She then clicked the line in my near while I was still talking. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to ask if she knows anything else available . That is not only terrible on her part but makes the business as a whole look bad. I did however call the main office and spoke to someone about Ms. Virginia and she understood and stated she knows she can be rude. She did apologize on her behalf and said she would speak to her. I only can hope that happens . I thought her job is to try to help people find a house and not be disrespectful to a potential client. Shame on her, but I won't be using them at all. read more

Robert DeFalco Realty - Real Estate Services Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Our listing agreement with Robert DeFalco Realty just expired today. A total waste of 6 months. Worked with two different salespeople. I specifically asked both to provide regular updates. Good or bad, I wanted to know. They yes'd me to death that they would. When I called them out on this they claimed they were keeping me updated. They must have been using telepathy to do so. Unfortunately, I'm not proficient in telepathy. I didn't take courses in college for it. The three offers we did get, that ultimately fell through, were totally botched up by them. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this them. read more

The worst experience I ever had in my life. Never ever deal with this place. Since when in United Sates agency not allowed tenant move in because they have an 11 month old kid. This is not only against the law it's against any of the human behavior. Me and my family was looking for a place to rent, we met with real state agent how's name is M... she showed me the place and I love it, she asked me bring a paper work and in case we are qualified pay her a fee Cash. That was already iffy but I said no problem. She told me will call me back and she did, telling me that we are not qualified because our little babygirl is to young and that place has stairs. What? I asked her seriously and after she said oh on top your income is not approved. So I told her why did not tell me in the begging about income and make in up the story about my daughter being to young, she stayed quiet. After a few days later we passed by the place and it was a family with kids stopping out from the house. So my question to you agency what kind of rules you have and what kind of agents work for you? read more

I'm writing this review for a friend who doesn't have a Yelp account. He worked with Sandra Ashton and "she was very efficient, very helpful and got me the price I wanted for my house. She kept me up-to-date on the progress with all the house offers and walked me through the entire process. Thank you Sandra. Jimmy " read more

So I reached out to this company in regards to a studio they had available dawn Campbell reached out to me and stated that unit was unavailable and offered to send me a rental questionaire I filled out the questionaire and recieved an email back that was forward from her manager stating that I am a animal and I belong in shed because my credit score is low. And laughed at my expense I did not deserved to be humiliated like that keeping my composure I responded and told dawn the way I was treated was unprofessional and in stead of slandering me they could of kept it professional and just send a denial letter she then emails me back a forward message again stating in the subject this is what u send clients when they are not approved and below was the denial letter. I did not deserve the humiliating treatment they gave me they don't even know me to be so unprofessional the way they were to tell me I was an animal who belonged in a shed cause that what I approve of put me in tears didn't even bother to ask about my fiancee credit score which is tier 1 never will I reach out to the company again hopefully you train your employees and managers on professionalism cause this treatment was uncalled for and unnecessary could of just sent me the denial letter and kept it like that. They did not reach out to me and apologize for there in appropriate behavior. read more

This is the most cutthroat Real Estate Agency in Staten Island. They have agents there who will reject your call just so they can get buyers if they list the house. There is one called Stephanie Zhang who is chinese and manipulated her seller because she did not speak English well, to take the lower offer just so she can get full commission. Karma will kick her in the ass one day. read more

Some of their agents suffer from complete lack of professionalism. They misrepresent the information about the houses they have for sale. You find houses online, do your research and comparison, then go see them just to find out that they have completely different characteristics from what was online and what you expected... like the square-footage is much smaller than what their online listing states, the year built is different, etc. read more

I have heard terrible things about this real estate agency but sometimes you have certain doubts until you start dealing with its so "called" professional staffers. They have no idea about what they are selling. If agent sees that you are interested, he/she starts telling you that this house is almost sold or has multiple offers. Agent would not submit your offer, even though it is illegal, if he/she thinks that it is too low. Terrible. Stay away from them. read more
