ok so I don't really write reviews but felt like i should for these guys. I have 2 properties in NJ…read more(one in kearny area, one further out) and was having a really hard time keeping up with everything especially the compliance stuff which honestly goes over my head half the time. Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

Questions are answered directly, updates are provided without having to chase them, and expectations are set clearly from the start. Their professional skill shows in how smoothly issues are handled and how well they navigate complex situations. It is clear they know what they are doing and take their responsibilities seriously. Based on my experience, RPPM stands out for strong communication and competence, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I took the course for my 75 hour real estate salesperson pre-licensing with Bruno as my instructor…read more Bruno is an excellent teacher! His teaching style is backed up with many real life examples from his own professional experience and that of his colleagues in the real estate business. This makes the material easier to learn and easier to connect with, rather than just reading it from the book. I felt comfortable being able to ask anything that I had trouble understanding from the material. Bruno went above and beyond to explain the concept until the point where I understood it and he did this for every single student. He wouldn't move on to the next topic until everyone's questions were answered because he really cared. Even after class, at 10 pm on a weekday, he would stay back to answer any questions I had with the material and even with my own real estate experiences in my personal professional life and he didn't have to for the 75 hr licensing. The content to cover is long and hard to fit in 75 hrs but I believe the course structure was able to achieve that for me. Of course, it is on the students to be completely attentive, to participate in class, and to review/study after class but having the right instructor was really important to me and it paid off!

If you don't understand something he will make sure he can break it down and explain it. He really cares about his classes and it shows in how dedicated he is. I wouldn't suggest going to any other school. You will def get through the course and pass with an instructor like Bruno!!

They are uneducated and very insecure about it. The only reason they are where they are is because of their father. They are dismissive, condescending, rude, and think they are smarter than you when they are so obviously overcompensating for their lack of education and social skills. My personal experience there was awful. No respect for my years of professional experience, just focused on negativity and trying to prove me wrong. They have no clue how to manage people outside of bullying people and tenants to do what they want. Their property management practices are borderline illegal, they have no respect for their tenants whatsoever as anyone can tell by reading the multiple bad reviews regarding the locations they manage. I have seen the reviews over the years and it is very obvious current tenants have been told to give five star reviews to try and make the company's rating improve. A toxic environment to say the least and I got out of there as soon as I could.

The thought that someone would present something like this to a human is crazy. I would not even had presented such to a dog. I will be prepared to clean it but this should not be the case. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness. Please improve your standards when it comes to customer service. UPDATE UPDATE....The customer service is horrible. Lying and BEING EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE is not considered good customer service. One thing I do not like is assumptions, especially when decisions are made based on them. Assumptions are not funny, just being honest. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY if I were you! RUN LIKE CRAZY NOW! I am super crazy for being here honestly. This is definitely wayyyyy different from anything I have ever experienced in all the states and cities that I have lived in. I will be reporting this company to the United States of America. Biden or someone at the top of America needs to be aware seriously. There is no way something like this should be in existence in the American society. Right is right, and wrong is wrong.

He is, without a doubt, the most patient, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented realtor I've ever worked with (and just a lovely person to boot). Roman took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to ensure that every option aligned with our needs. He made us feel comfortable and confident at every step - always listening, answering questions with care, and offering practical advice when viewing apartments. When we finally found *our* apartment, he was with us every step of the way, helping us assemble an outstanding team of professionals who made the process seamless. He expertly managed the complex coop application, ensuring that we felt completely organized and prepared at each stage. Having him in our corner when we encountered roadblocks or issues, made the overwhelming moments feel far more manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance in helping us find our forever home and for the team he built around us. I wholeheartedly recommend Roman to anyone searching for an apartment or home (and have already done so multiple times). Do yourself a favor--work with Roman!

I have lived in The Union Building (TUB) aka Clinton Street Lofts for over 4 years and it's going…read moreto be difficult to leave for many reasons including all the new development around and the building manager Denice. Over the years Denice has been very flexible allowing me to redo our bathroom and more recently she has replaced our carpets and made sure our dishwasher was fixed. When I think about moving below are reasons that keep me at The Union Building. LIVING - The building is pretty quiet and everyone really stays to them self. Typically there is someone at the front desk from 7pm to 7am, but the cameras are rolling all day and the building manager, Denice checks them all the time. At times, it can be a bit difficult to get in contact with Denice, because she manages a handful of other properties in North Jersey but, if you email her she responds immediately and does her best to ensure your needs are addressed in a timely manner. Also, you can typically find her in the office from 9am-5pm located in the basement past the laundry room, gym and 1920's style boiler! LOCATION - Located in the heart of downtown Newark, there's no need for a car. If you do have a car, TUB is less than 5 minutes from the major highways like the garden state parkway, njturnpike, routes 1&9 and 78. Although, there is no parking on the street, there are a few parking lots around that offer decent monthly rates compared to Hoboken, Jersey City and NY. Within a two block walking radius there's Seton Hall Law, Rutgers School of Business, all the Prudential buildings including the Center where NJ Devil's play, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the newly developed Military Park, booming bars and restaurants i.e. Dinosaur BBQ, LOFT 47, Chipotle, among many other delicious places; and most importantly for those without a car, Newark Penn Station. Homeless, deranged folk aside Newark Penn Station is a major hub for all forms of public transportation; PATH, NJ TRANSIT train and bus, AMTRAK, Greyhound, and my favorite Bolt Bus are all a 7 minute walk away. From the bustling station, Midtown Manhattan is less than 25 mins away on PATH or NJ Transit and the Amtrak Acela reaches DC in less than 3 hours. If you need to go to the airport the go28 around the corner from TUB on Broad and Market Street gets you to any terminal in about 15 minutes for $1.50 !!!! Which brings me to my next point.... AFFORDABLE - Compared to most other properties in the area, TUB are the most affordable per sq. ft and also offer the most square footage around that I've seen. now I'm estimating but, one bedrooms are as small 600 sq ft and the largest 2 bedroom is 1100sq ft. and I believe the apartments range from $1100 to $1900 - opposed to other building nearby that charge almost twice that for half the space. ARCHITECTURE- A Pre-War building so the exterior and common area details and quality are always a pleasant conversation starter for guests who are partial to Newark. If Clinton Street Loft's had a roof top deck, washer dryer in apartments, and took better care of the outside structure you would be looking at 5 stars, but since the rooftop is covered in solar panels, I lug my laundry to the basement and our windows haven't been washed ever- I felt 3 stars was "A-OK".
