I started on my real estate agent journey aprox 2 years ago. I had Bruno as an instructor at another school. Before signing up, I was not to intrigued of sitting in a classroom learning for hours about the laws and rules of real estate. To my surprise, it was the complete opposite. Bruno brought life and excitement to the class with his personality and his experience. Unlike most professors, he offered us real life experiences and motivation. NO class was boring. The time actually flew by each session and sometimes over due to excitement. He is a really good trainer and im so happy he has started his own school. The information learned in the text does not apply to real life, youll barely use it. However, every scenario or information shared by BRUNO will be used. Im embarking on a deal one day and I'm like, "wait Bruno said to do this and no one would let me know". I saved 10k in mistakes thanks to his advice on a fix and flip. YES!! Bruno is a wonderful instructor! After I finished his classes, I passed the state exam on my very first try. Bruno explains everything clearly and always responds to messages, even if it is midnight on a Saturday or Sunday (I couldn't believe it either!). Bruno loves what he does and he created a student portal to make life so much easier for the students. The more you take his practice exams, the more confident you become! When I went to take the state exam it was a totally familiar experience. I was nervous, of course (everyone is!) but I did not feel even lost or scared at all! I was calm because I had practiced the exams so much on the Student Portal. One last thing: The way Bruno teaches and explains math is really great. It is unbelievably simple and I hate math. Bruno Quintela is, in my opinion, the best Real Estate Instructor I have ever had. He is on point, thorough, knowledgeable...make that, extremely knowledgeable...and he definitely loves teaching and helping students. You can feel his passion for Real Estate in his teaching and he ensures that all students are comfortable, involved and, ultimately, competent. I took the NJ real estate course with Bruno and thought he was a great and effective instructor. His teaching style fit my learning style and I passed the course (first try) as well as the NJ real estate exam (first try). Bruno takes the exam himself frequently so that he is familiar with the material and questions that his students will face. Bruno also provided ya real life examples to help us remember the material. He had us highlight all the important areas in the book we studied from so that we can refer back to those sections because most likely they were questions that would be ok the exam. I had the pleasure of taking my real estate class with Bruno. What I enjoyed most about Bruno, and found fascinating, was his vast wealth of knowledge about everything. Bruno tells you exactly what you need to know and what you have to do to breeze through the Real Estate exams. Answers all your questions until you understand the concept. He will even sit with you after class for a few minutes despite living the busy Realtor and Husband/Father life.
