They only sent 2 ladies and 1 bus driver. the bus driver was sleeping most of the time. As an uncle, I was a little uncomfortable initially helping with a party at a spa for little girls. But the staff was really nice and the little girls had an amazing time. The place is set up a little like a nail salon. The children got robes and were pampered. They got their nails done, facials, make up, and they got their hair done (braided, etc). They even had a little photo shoot in the back area in front of a pink carpet and Pink Ritzy Glitzy Girls Club back splash, almost like being in an award show. The staff was very nice and worked really hard to make the girls feel good. The girls were so excited and happy that they will talk about their experience for weeks. They also made lip gloss and lotion. The "club" had pink plush chairs and a pink plush theme that seems perfect for little girls.

We were very embarrassed that the flowers were dead by the end of the night, we threw them all in the garbage, we expected them to last a few days but barley lasted a few hours. Our centerpieces were also missing things that we agreed on which were supposed to be hanging tea lights and rose pedals and tea lights on each table . I'm very disappointed because we trusted this company and to have to think of this as a memory is very disappointing. We have pictures to prove everything. For a grown adult to do such terrible centerpieces for a very expensive sweet party is very sad and shocking. The flowers were dead on arrival, our family members were asking us, why are half of the flowers missing. We tried to reach out to house of dipali but we have yet to receive a response. What I saw here was: A big positive experience from the time I drove in to the time I left. The valet staff greeted me well and quickly before taking my car. The entire building interior is clearly designed for girls and princesses. This is awesome when all of the attendees are princesses. There are plenty of costumes to change into and express themselves. We have a little girl and it did not present a problem for us, but there were several who had brothers or male friends who could not enjoy the experience. I thought that having the place all decked out in pink, rainbows, and butterflies might drive away half or more of the potential customers they might service. While the concept is interesting, I think it may become important to reach out to a wider clientele base. Birthday or special event venues are not so rare on the island and the competition for business must be rough. By decorating for mostly young girls, it makes it that much harder to keep the venue full. The help was friendly enough and they worked to keep the kids dancing and singing. Our hosts brought wine and whiskey for the adults and also juice and water for the kids. In front there is a little bar area to make a nice food spread and then they brought in pizza for the kids and adults. I wish them luck and hope they consider the little princes who might be attending as friends or brothers to the special princess who is celebrating.
