They said that I did not read the descriptions and what is pictured is the large version and that I agreed to substitutions for the flowers. He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. He also said since I picked a cheaper version they had to use less novelty flowers to stay in the price point. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified. I chose the arrangement because it was unusual, whimsy and had a spring flare . You are better off to take your chances with an FTD arrangement.

You would think they would make a better arrangement since I'm there......no they just made the arrangement that I should have received plus a couple of extra roses still no balloons.
