So this employee comes from behind the counter and PUTS his Hands on my upper arm and practically pushed me out....his face was so close to mine i yelled to back off!! And asked the owners name... off course he didn't say anything .. i was shocked he came so close bc of COVID ... now im freaking out. Both reviewers seemed to think they're the only people to exist and that the shop owner needs to bow before them.. Give me a break, they're a busy flower shop and they were helping other people... allowing you to look at the options until you come and tell them what you want. Two days later, we came to pick up the order and we were SHOCKED!!! The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help. My son and I were extremely disappointed, these were not inexpensive items and they treated us poorly. I would DISCOURAGE ANYONE from using this florist!
