Two days later, we came to pick up the order and we were SHOCKED!!! The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help.
