Groom's boutonnière was impractical for usage as it was too large & too heavy; All other boutonnieres were too large (not matching "our vision") and could not be attached properly to men's jackets; they dangled upside down because of their weight. During the set up of the event, Shula was rude to me. Shula made unilateral decisions to remove parts of the contract such as an entrance-way flower and uplighting treatment. I asked to remedy the situation and was stonewalled. Completely unprofessional.

The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help.
