    Do not even waste your time considering this service. My boyfriend and I order a medium size flower arrangement and the arrangement received looked nothing like the item we picked. I figured it would not look exactly the same but I never expected the final result to be so disappointing. Mediocre at best. The flowers and vase were wrong. If the local flower shop did not have what we ordered they should have communicated with 1800 flowers and only sent to the recipient after it was approved. Thankfully, my boyfriend's aunt sent me a picture of the flowers and then I realized it was wrong. I called them and they offered to send a second arrangement free of charge, I agreed. What a nightmare! The manager of the local shop tried calling my boyfriend's aunt, but I had provided them with my phone number, not hers. So he ended up telling me he was there to deliver the second arrangement but also to get the first arrangement back because he wanted that vase. Sorry, why would anyone ever inconvenience the person receiving the gift? The error was done on your end. No one told me this was going to happen, had I known I would have simply asked for our money back. We went back and forth for a while and we ended up cancelling the second arrangement and a refund for the shipping was offered plus a $20 coupon for my next order. I agreed simply because I just did not have time to deal with all of this, when all we wanted was to show gratitude to my bf's aunt with a nice gesture. I got a $15 dollar coupon instead. We specifically told 1800 flowers not to contact the recipient because we did not want to inconvenience her, they attempted to call her the next day. Same lady that we dealt with on the phone. Luckily, as I mentioned above, I gave them my phone number instead of hers. In conclusion, we ended up demanding our money back. False advertising, and we were not about to pay for something we did not order. It's not hard to communicate with each other.

    The reorder was 12 Daisy, not even Roses. And, it's one day after Mother's Day and nothing has been received.
