We used Top Line Party Rentals this past weekend for our daughters first birthday party and it was such a great experience. We had to originally delay our party by a month and they worked with us to reschedule our tent rental. The tent was delivered and setup 48 hours prior to the event which gave us plenty of time to setup the party. I have been using top line party rentals for 8 years now and having a tent at each backyard party gives us peace of mind that no matter the weather our guests will be comfortable. They do their thing with setup and takedown and I don't have to worry about a thing. Our vendor at the time showed up 3 hours late so no tables.chairs/tents and no bouncy's at 11 when we started. We called Top Line and they arrived by 11 and saved the day. This year, I didn't need to think twice about who I was going to use for our Carnival. I worked with Shane and he was incredible, very helpful in selecting the bouncy's that would work with our space on the street. He was incredibly responsive when I needed extra documents for the NYC street permit process. He was amazingly accommodating when I asked to have the tables /tents and chairs dropped off early in response the PTSD I still suffered from last year's carnival. And he still let me squeeze in a request at the last minute for a few more chairs. Day of. the guys got there on time to set up the bouncy's.
