Extremely disappointed how their quality of service has gone down…read more Rented from them 2 years ago for our almost 200 person wedding. Had no issues except delivery refusing to bring our order up a total of 3 steps. Yes 3. So we had to bring our ENTIRE order + over 100 chairs inside ourselves. Flash forward to our recent baby shower. Physically went to their showroom to pick out what we needed and make the order in person. Order was still wrong. We also did not receive our quote until days later when we were told we would get it that day. We had to reach out and ask for it (we think they forgot). Our delivery was scheduled for a Friday, on that Monday I received an email saying our linens that we picked out almost 8 weeks prior were suddenly not available. I needed under 15 tablecloths. This was a specific color so not sure how this happened or was not put on hold? Had to scramble and find a new rental company for those. Nightmare. On top of that, the glassware and silverware we received was FILTHY. About 90% of everything was water stained and rusted Unprofessional, rundown & unsanitary. Very disappointing.

Let's talk about the owner OMG! She's fantastic you can reallyy tell she really put some thoughts to it and not only so she's welcoming, nice and loves kids. Her crew are professionals, quick strategists and thoughtful. As a mother, herself, she's made it a haven for parents to find a great place with all things kids love (on a budget) to help create another memory of your child's birthday party or event. Her venue is fantastic, her sing alongs are amazing, the whole concept of the place is ideal. I wouldn't wait another second to book this place for another event or to just bring the kids for a sing along/drop in.

I booked this business for babyshower decoration services and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. They did not show up on the scheduled day, leaving me without the services I had already paid for. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to think twice before booking with them. Even after multiple attempts to reach her by test and calls she stopped responding its been almost 60 days still no refund.

We had to originally delay our party by a month and they worked with us to reschedule our tent rental. The tent was delivered and setup 48 hours prior to the event which gave us plenty of time to setup the party. All in all I would definitely Rex come to Top Line Party Rentals for your next party!!

I called Shane at Top Line on the recommendation of a friend. Shane came and looked at my backyard, which is on the small side, to figure out what my best options were. I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail. Shane's team came a few days before the party to set up. Each one of the guys were neat, friendly, professional and respectful of my property. The tables were strong and sturdy. Everything was clean. We had lights and fans set up with the tents and they did not leave until everything was perfect. The team came back a few days after the party to break everything down and again were neat and respectful of my property. To say that we were happy with Top Line Party Rentals is an understatement. We would highly recommend them for your party needs. You won't be disappointed!

I have been to this facility often and if the children could write reviews they all would post five star reviews. The only one challenge that this business probably faces is children's germs. When you have one party after the other you wonder how they maintain consistent cleanliness in this facility. I did notice one hand sanitizer just before you exit. Unfortunately it's the children that are in contact with germs mostly. I would be interested to understand what these children fun house businesses do for consistent cleansings of their facility.

Some inflatables are not blown up during he toddler time event , which is understandable but it makes it look so empty and takes up space where the children can run because obviously they're not allowed to be on top of the deflated bounce houses. They do have staff at every "bounce house" standing by to make sure the kids are safe which is great because usually when you have high school kids running the show it's all about talking amongst each other and checking Instagram. That is not the case here. The girls were attentive of the children and not once did I see anyone on their phones. I understand a kids place is bound to get dirty and old but I think it's about time for an update! Their toddler open play is also only on Fridays and some Fridays they even cancel it for summer camps. So that's a stinker. Definitely grab the Groupon and check it out but I'll be leaving it at that.
