Rented a tent from James for a backyard wedding during the 4th of july weekend. great communication, for both setting up and taking down. 2-3 men crew showed up, take about an hour or so. the tent also came with lights. Rented the lion cage table for a client. The details were confirmed the day before because i called And They did not have the correct delivery address. The lion cage was in total disrepair. Needs washing, painting and repair. There were broken and missing parts. Table and lion inside were really dirty. Table does not look like the table they advertise on their website. If it had been disclosed to me that i would receive this table the way they delivered it, i would of went elsewhere. Had to reimburse client part of the rental money. When i expressed my concerns to the company, i received nothing back. No response, no apology and no explanation. Actually i haven't heard back at all. As an event planner, working with reputable rental companies is very important. This was the first time using this company and for all the reasons listed above, will not use again. it's dissapointing and embarrassing to say the least. read more

I hired carnival parties for my twins 6th birthday party and it was the worst decision ever! I spent over $2500 with them and the staff rushed my entire event. I rented 2 bounce houses, one inflatable game, mags show, cotton candy, sand art, balloons, and face paint. They didn't allow the kids to get on the 2 bounce houses I rented until 3:30 and I had to tell them to let the kids play in the bounce houses. My party started 3pm but they didn't want the kids on the bounces houses until after the magic show which started at 3:50pm. My 6 year old daughter came to me crying because they wouldn't give her any cotton candy even though I paid for it in my package. I had to actually go over to the staff to tell them to give out the cotton candy to my guest. The staff could not wait to pack up and get out of there. My party started 3pm and the magic show was at 3:50 so that only gave my guest one hour to play in the bounce houses. I spend $499 per bounce only to use them for a hour. The staff started packing up at 5:30. They began to start packing up their things and kicking the kids off of the bounce house right in the middle of the party. I've rented bounce houses from other companies and I've never experienced anything like this. Usually, the previous bounce house company that I've used in the past will pick up the bounce house the next day. Carnival parties started packing up everything in the middle of my party while my guest were still there and kids still playing in the bounce house. The staff was also not very friendly and never introduced themselves to me. I didn't even get their names. The staff just wanted to go home and they rushed everything. It was such a horrible experience I would never use them again and I would NOT recommend them. Horrible. read more

I recently used Carnival Parties for my daughters first birthday party. We had 150 guests, 50 of which were children so I wanted to make sure they would be entertained. Between the bounce house, the face painting, the games and all of the treats I think it's safe to say they all had a great time. We decided to add on some decor and it really created great ambiance. James and his team were there to set up very early and were there breaking down after everyone left. They were very easy to work with. I would definitely do business with them again. read more

Such a great place to throw your kids party. I had my daughters first birthday here . It was a kids party of course and all the kids did not want to leave when the party was over, they had a BLAST ! The owner was very professional and accommodated me and full filled my needs. The day of the party I arrived an hour late to decorate (I run late every where now that I'm a mommy)but the staff lady had already decorated it with their own stuff which I was very happy because if had a couple of guest arrive on time. The package I chose was great, it included a bouncy house ,such a good deal!! And I added a character to it. They have a large range of characters to choose out of . The place is not big nor it is small but it's perfect for kids because you are able to see what your kids are doing at all times! The package I got included pizza & drinks for the kids. The owner was then nice enough to let me bring extra food for my adult guests like I mentioned before he accommodated my needs. Now a days places love to rip you off when it comes down to your kids birthdays but this place is perfect . If your a parent looking for a party spot give them a shot I'm sure your kids will have a great time!! read more

DISAPPOINTED. I recently hired them for a birthday party in August 2015. I had the basic party package which included a bouncy house, balloon twister, 2 attendants, and cotton candy machine. I was suppose to have the bounce house all day, it was more like 3 hours. He was hardly prepared and had to borrow an extention cord to inflate it. The kids didn't have anything to do after it was taken down. I was expecting 2 attendants, it was more like 1 half-decent attendant and a useless trainee. Neither of them engaged the kids, monitored the bounce house which almost tipped over, or asked the kids if they were ready for cotton candy. hardly any kids had cotton candy. The balloon twister was AVERAGE at best. I was expecting the balloon twister to make fantastic - elaborate balloons. His best was a basic 1 balloon sword. FAR FROM EXPECTATIONS. Im glad I decided not to have the face painting, I'm scared of what the kids would have looked like. The price was fair but i would NOT be using them again. read more

James did my sons 3rd birthday party. He did an amazing job! We did the ultimate carnival package which came with carnival games and booths, popcorn, cotton candy, Snow cones, face painting, balloon twisting, spin art and an inflatable combo. We also added tables, tablecloths, an additional tent, a tiger table, an additional bounce house, a photobooth and a petting zoo. James came with his team and set up quickly and efficiently. They also helped put up any additional props that I had. They worked well with the caterer to make sure everything ran smoothly. His team was patient, hardworking and really nice (Evelyn and Louis as well as other workers who's names I don't remember but we're equally as nice!). The guests were all raving about what an amazing job they did. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with James before the event because he is really involved in all the events that he does, but it was worth the effort to get in touch with him. He and his team truly delivered! I would definitely recommend using him and definitely plan to again in the future!! read more
