My mom has been using this place for years. Sometimes if we are in a bind, we use somewhere else, but we can tell the difference. The balloons here are of such quality and last quite a while. I purchased some heart-shaped balloons for Valentines Day (Friday), it is now Wednesday and the balloons are still up and look like the day that I got them. A major plus! The sales associates are always very nice and willing to help. They don't mind if you are coming in for one balloon or one hundred. This is definitely our go to for balloons!! read more

Purchase 8 balloons for a friends birthday party. One helium large balloon and 7 latex balloons of all different colors. I drove from the store to a house in Queens. Before I arrived at the house, all 7 latex balloons had popped. Not sure if they were over filled or old balloons but what a waste of money! read more

Please don't ever use this company... they are the absolute worst. They did not deliver all the goods for my daughters graduation party. They blamed my 13 year old daughter for bringing the goods indoors and not checking the items. They forgot to deliver an easel for a 150.00 board they charged me for. I called the service 2x on a Sunday- to ask where the easel was and not 1 person called back. It took the owner Linda 2 days to call me back and have no legitimate explanation as to why 1. The easel was not delivered...." the guys in the truck don't read" 2. Why not 1 person called me back from the service the day of the party 3. Party Expressions is TERRIBLE. If I could give this business negative stars I would. Michelle, the owner, is the rudest person I've ever had to unfortunately had to deal with (not the smartest way to run a business). My mother and I went into the store to confirm the type of chairs we were renting for my engagement party. The two ladies working spoke to my mom like she was dumb and confirmed 20x that we were to get garden chairs for our pricing, as that is what is written in their binder as part of the package for renting chairs, tables, and a tent. Despite them speaking to my mom rudely and the terrible presence of the whole store (dirty, dusty, uncleaned, damaged products, old products, etc.). We had given a deposit and also got 3 cocktail tables for $15 each, even though they looked to be in horrible condition, because they told us several times we were getting garden chairs and not plastic fold out chairs and they had wrote "white garden chairs" on our receipt. Michelle the owner had called us a week before my engagement party and spoke in such a disrespectful tone. She had started off by saying "by the way, you're not getting the white garden chairs, those are $5 extra". We had told her that her employees confirmed 20x that we were getting garden chairs for that price and she said she doesn't care and those chairs are extra. We had informed her it states it on our receipt and she said that it doesn't mean anything and we need to pay. After my mom spent so much and had a vision, this owner calls her a mere week before the party so that she's forced to pay for the chairs because she assumed we won't find others in such a short amount of time. She told us if we don't like it we can come get our deposit back because she doesn't need it anyway. How terrible is that? To not only not honor an agreement made by your people, but to speak to someone so disrespectfully? She had actually raised her voice and I was completely in shock because we couldn't have been more respectful back, even after getting screwed over. Thankfully, a friend had recommended another company who had better products AND better pricing (for instance the cocktail tables were $10 at this new place, so instead of paying $45 for 3 cheap tables that couldn't stand up right, we paid $40 for 4 good quality cocktail tables). If you want to rent anything for a party, DO NOT go here. Their products are in terrible shape (if you walk into their store you can see they do not care for their supplies), their customer service is TERRIBLE, and the owner Michelle is downright awful. When we were even in the store a woman had walked in and wanting balloons for her grandson's first birthday and because she didn't immediately know what she wanted the two workers were completely dismissive and rude to her. FYI, Party Expression's website looks like they do such a good job with balloons based on their photos, but those photos were actually stolen off of events that Bob's Balloons had done. So, you can't even trust what they advertise. Do your research and look elsewhere, even if the other company I had rented from was more expensive I still would've gone there because I refuse to give my money who thinks it's okay to run their business like that when this other place was so kind and gracious. If you even read a negative review about a woman's balloons deflating as soon as she gets into her car, you can see Party Expression's response blaming the popping of the balloons on the woman's "hot car" and saying "you should've brought them back in to replace them". So, instead of apologizing and offering her something, they blame and criticize the woman for not wanting to go back into that dirty store in which she probably spent a lot of money and was pissed. But no, it was the customer's fault in the eyes of Michelle and Party Expressions. **FYI other company I went with was NYPT (New York Party Tents) I HIGHLY recommend them read more

I went here for center pieces and balloons for my sweet 16. The lady there was absolutely great. She was so patient with me. She went over everything with me. She was so organized. She showed me pictures of other sweet 16 parties with balloons and center pieces. She even set up different tables with things I liked and she is going to do more and email me pictures. I would definitely recommend this place for someone who is having a party. read more

I DO NOT recommend Party Expressions. I was really hoping to write a glowing review as I used Party Expressions in the past for balloons& was happy, but unfortunately my latest experience with them will be my last. The planning process was frustrating as I was looking to them for guidance but they just kept trying to sell me more things I didn't need and they never actually gave me the guidance I wanted. I enlisted them for a lots of services and they gave me no break in price, which was expensive for what I received. The worst part was the actual execution. The rentals were dropped off the night before with no notice - luckily I was home. Then the rental company forgot the linens and dropped them off at 10pm. They were all wrinkled and I was left to iron them myself. The linens were also all different fabrics and some had holes in them that were patched up. The tables and chairs looked like they were straight out of the trash. The order with the company confirmed "setup" but I was left to setup all the tables and chair by myself at 4am. Both planners I was working with knew I had two young children at home and clearly didn't care. The balloons arrived 45 minutes later than expected, which left me unable to be ready myself for the start of the party. Mid way through the party, the balloon centerpieces started to deflate in my guests' faces! I then had to breakdown all the tables and chairs myself and waited days for them to be picked up. Each time I would ask my "planner" when they were going to be picked up she had to confirm and hours later she would say "today" and no one showed up. Several days later the rental company just showed up, once again unannounced, as I was leaving for an appointment for my newborn, which I was subsequently late to and had to reschedule. From start to finish, the experience was awful and I will never use them again nor will I recommend them. read more

I called 2 weeks before my party (I dropped the ball) and Party Expressions made it happen. They delivered and set up the balloons exactly as I asked. Couldn't ask for a smoother transaction.
