Mike, the co-owner, was wonderful from day 1 during our run- through their warehouse and services, until everything was packed up the night after our reception. Our package included a full tent with lighting, plus set up/take down service, dance floor, tables with tablecloths and chairs, bar tables, cocktail tables, pipe and drape, dishes, silverware, steak knives, and glasses for wine, champagne, and soft drinks, and ice bins for beers and soda. The set up was quick, but they also took the time to let us both come out to specify any requests we had as far as placements of each item. Take down was even quicker. Mike and his entire team were so personable, helpful, and efficient. We really could not have had a better experience.

I had to make a last-minute venue change due to weather, and they handled it with such professionalism and grace--it made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. The process was seamless from start to finish. I rented a beautiful cart with balloon decorations and custom vinyl lettering. It looked amazing and truly elevated the event. We received so many compliments on both the cart and the balloons! Honestly, if I had more space at the venue, I would have rented even more from them. I only wish I had discovered them sooner! I would 100% use this company again for another event. Highly recommend!

My Favorite Mistake…read more When I placed my order I was looking for a local shop, so I would be able to contact if I needed additional items. After scouring a couple of sites I came up with this site and figured why not? Fast forward 2weeks later, I was wondering what was the status of my order. So I called the store and they said " Yes, its here and done, you checked pick up." Oh Wow I missed that option, I am on my way. Reluctantly, I got in my car and headed to Baldwin Long Island w/my trustee GPS. DUH! I hadn't even noticed the option, that what kept on racing in my mind the whole way over. I hate the Southern State, Ughgh Maybe I should of asked them to mail it to me. Oh well, nothing I can do now. SOOOOO HAPPY I missed it. They are GaaaaaREEEEEEAAAT!!! Love Love Love, did I mention love this store. A+++++ Customer Service, if you can't find it they will help you get it. Lots of ideas for inspiration that can be made by them or yourself. I will definitely shop for more items. They were so gracious and helpful, I look forward to working with them for my 40th Birthday party. You can find all your party needs plus more.
