Al and his crew did the most amazing job at my daughters Sweet 16. We couldn't ask for more personal attention. Each part of our event was timed perfectly and on point. Al brought the energy right up and kept it up the whole night. If you can get 60 teenagers to leave their phones on the table you have got great control on the room. Al did exactly that. The kids absolutely loved the snow cone machine, and the photo booth. The adults felt that Al and crew were super professional and very approachable. My daughter was over the moon thrilled with all the lighting and special effects! She worked directly with Al to have the music that reflected her personality. Al was fantastic at getting my daughters input, and she felt she had control of the direction of her party. His crew was so great to her as well. They checked in with her anytime she passed by them to see if she needed anything. They were awesome. I was 100% confident, and comfortable to leave it all in Al's hands. We had a great experience from start to finish with Cazz. After contacting them about a block party, they quickly sent me a quotation email with all their services and prices. Antonella was very pleasant to speak with and work with during the planning stages. After booking a bounce house and cotton machine for the party, we needed to make changes to the start time and they accommodated with no issue. The day of the party, Carl came to quickly set up and manage the bounce house. He was super friendly and all smiles from start to finish. He was hands on with watching the kids and keeping them safe. My best friend had a wedding this past week and decided to use this company for their limo services. Unfortunately, the limo never arrived because they got their dates mixed up. Mistakes do happen but to not rectify this problem at hand shows their lack of professionalism in their business. We did arrive at the venue but in a bunch of ubers. read more

Okay so I booked a Limo pick up from this dude Albin for my wedding for 4pm Friday. (Sounded like a nice guy on the phone) Called a few times to confirm and paid my deposit. Also, had a email confirming my time and date for pick up and drop off. On the day of the confirmed date, I called a few times and texted for final confirmation and never got a respond. Had my brother call and they picked up from his number, ten mins after I just tried calling. The time is now 3:30pm on the day of the confirmed pick up, the driver and the dude Albin is now confused on if the pick up date is today or tomorrow. I already confirmed a few times it was today. Long story short, Limo never showed up and had to take ubers and was a over a hour late to my own wedding! Still managed to have a great time, despite the fucked up beginning. We used them for our wedding in Long Island City in October, and our guests couldn't stop raving about Albin -- he's a funny, personable guy, and he won over the crowd. Someone even asked us if he was related to us, or knew us from before, because it seemed like he knew my husband and I so well. Obviously we're not related, but Albin took the time to meet with us throughout the wedding planning process and made it a point to get to know our story and what vibe we were going for with our reception. If you need a DJ/ MC for your special event, Albin Castillo is the one. We just hired him for our daughter's sweet sixteen and he was AMAZING! He didn't just play great music, we were asked to create a playlist if we wanted specific songs played. But also he kept the party going by getting everyone out on the dance floor. DON'T use this company for any entertainment needs....unless you want to take time to go to small-claims court. Their address is: 322 Westbury Avenue, Carle Place, NY 11514. The owner's name is Albin W. Castillo and he is a disaster, unresponsive and does not fulfill his contract. Myself and my sister had a detailed conference call with him re: entertainment venues that were to be provided at a child's party and scheduling/timing for the entertainment, as we were accommodating a large group of children. Not only did the entertainment show up almost 2 hours late because he didn't provide the address to his workers prior to the event, but he did not provide some of the important venues as we had discussed and pursuant to the signed contract. I tried to contact him several times after. He never called me back after several attempts to speak to him nor did he take any action to make things right. And to make matters worse, he was referred to me by his friends, who he clearly has no respect for. NO INTEGRITY! read more

The entire operation is a mess. We scheduled an event 3 months prior and were constantly threatened that the entertainment would be canceled if a check was not received. 3 checks later an email was sent stating 4 weeks prior to the engagement party that the entertainers were "freed to take other gigs". This was a solid commitment and I personally believe that there were no entertainers to be had from the beginning. In addition the assistant -that word I use lightly to the owner quoted wrong prices, booked people who were unavailable and was non responsive. I would never ever suggest these services to anyone.
