Somehow my son and friends have always been entertained with the services although by his 3rd birthday he knew exactly what to expect he didn't seem to mind. For being repeat a customer, they have always thrown in a character ( we always go for the gold package). The staff are always friendly, entertaining and make my son feel extra special. My one and only complaint is that last time we hired PKE the male clown (cant remember his name) repeatedly looked at his watch as if he was in a rush. It was so noticeable one of my sons teachers pointed it out to me and asked if she should gather the kids to take them back to class. That was disappointing and embarrassing as I consider myself a long time costumer, great tipper and have always recommended them. Guess you cant have a great year every year. With that we will probably be looking for another service, as he has requested yet another birthday party :/

Previous times never warranted me to complain about anything. There is no sugar coating it... The entrees were terrible. Even trying each other's dishes at the table proved the food was not good. The menu listed the shrimp scampi (uncleaned /not deveined shrimp), filet mignon (they need a new purveyor), branzino (overcooked beyond reason), and salmon (very overcooked) etc... I couldn't understand how wedding venue food can be so subpar. It wasn't even warm!!! The service was undeniably the worst. Never have I had to say "Im not finished" TWICE and still have the plate taken off the table. Worst part... IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN ALL NIGHT. How do you take a plate away while I'm in the midst of feeding my child?! To top it off the serving staff poured quarter cups of coffee to end the night. Who does that? What more to say than to let the owners know that things need to change. This was a huge let down. I wish them well and hope to see change if I'm ever invited back to this venue.

I have to start that working with 33 weeks pregnant woman is not easy. She was extremely patient and attentive to all the details I made changes a 100 times but she pulled it through. She has everything I needed with a few options. She always made me feel like a priority she was always on time and delivered everything she promised and more! She even ordered and picked up a cake and baking goods for me for no additional fee. The event theme was bear and a baby blue color.
