One of my favorite vendors we used at our wedding. I couldn't have been happier with how everything ran, the prices, the customer service, etc. The photos came out amazing and came with a photobook of everyone's photo. The operator made sure that everyone's photo made it into the book. Loved the attention to detail. I had an issue months later where I lost access to my photo files and thought they might be lost. If I could take stars away , I would. It is approximately 9:45 PM on March 28, 2019 and I just wrapped up my wonderful conversation with Frank. He proceeded to explain in his own fairytale world why it is OK for a professional to not return phone calls for two weeks and then proceed to curse at me after I told him my side of the story. I had booked Frank and his sorry excuse for an "entertainment company " for my wedding venue and after leaving a down payment, Frank went completely ghost on me. My fiancé and I tried all numbers for 2 weeks , leaving 4 or 5 voice msgs that were "never received ". The only thing fishier than your nonsense fairytale story, Frank, is OJ's alibi. after the down payment was paid, I finalized all details with my wedding venue. I then proceeded to contact Frank for details pertaining to his staff that would be coming the day of the event and asking for dimensions of his layout, etc. The only way I could reach Our oh so wonderful Frank was to put another inquiry on his website and pretending to be a new customer. As if by wizardry, Frank calls my wife back in five minutes flat. Very professional Frank! (Mind you, two weeks MIA) After asking for an explanation for about five minutes, he proceeded to tell me that he was understaffed, all his staff apparently left his firm, and that he was in the process of hiring new staff. He explained to me ,as if it was my fault ,that no one wanted to work for him... and I can see why. Go elsewhere . Groupon has better deals than this clown , minus all the headache I just saved you . We used FM Entertainment to DJ our wedding this past weekend and it went without a hitch. Frank himself was our DJ/MC and was a natural on mic and kept the dance floor rockin' for hours. I've seen the recent reviews about poor communication and not receiving timely photos. I trust that once he gets the right person back at the helm, people will be raving about this company again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Frank is unresponsive and rude. Pictures were not delivered in the contractually promised amount of time. When we finally heard back from him we were promised a new date for our photos to be delivered digitally. This promise was broken as well. ...our professional photos were received before the photo booth. Photo booth software kept crashing all night. Lost photo moments due to this. Really should be one of the easiest things at the wedding (and really fun). Ended up being one of the biggest headaches. Would not recommend Frank or FM entertainment photo booths. read more

To begin with, FM entertainment beat the prices of any other DJ in the area - SIGNIFICANTLY. Frank, the owner and one of the MC's, tailored a package for us to include ceremony music, a cocktail hour musician (steel drum), reception music with DJ + MC, lighting, selfie station, and photo booth. I was literally floored with the quoted price, and booked him on the spot. Throughout the entire planning process, Frank was extremely responsive, organized, and friendly. He's very flexible and laid back but also very experienced and thorough. My husband is Caribbean and his family loves authentic Soca music; we gave Frank an extensive music playlist - including some "do not" plays. Our DJ played almost every single song on the list and all the songs he added went perfectly with our wedding. We also didn't want any line dances and asked for a very "hands-off" MC style... Frank was great at the party and only enhanced the music experience. We were a little worried with our dining and dancing being in sperate rooms (to the mansion-style layout of the venue) but the dance floor was packed all night and everyone was having so much fun! We also had a steel drum player from FM entertainment for the cocktail hour. He was AWESOME and we got sooo many compliments from our guests. The Photo Booth, which we added at the last minute because we got a great deal, was the hit of the wedding! Our venue layout allowed the photo booth to be set up in a separate room, so it wasn't intrusive at all. Our guest LOVED the photo booth and it was so nice to get an album of all the pics at the end of the night! read more

We were BEYOND thrilled to use FM DJs for our wedding. Not only were the prices extremely reasonable, but the customer service is stellar. Frank makes things so easy, I was so happy to have him be our MC. We were looking for a no-frills package, just music to dance to and make sure everything ran smoothly. He and his DJ made the evening! Everyone was dancing -- apart from the meals, there was never a time when the dance floor was clear. People had a blast! We really tried to curate our playlist because we know what it's like to be at a wedding when the playlist is just BAD. Frank was so accommodating and gave his best advice. We gave him our list of songs to play and he even surprised us with ones we hadn't listed, but were happy to hear! He provided uplighting as well and really made our day a special one. Frank has a lot of connections and offers a lot of services you won't find with other DJs. if you're looking for something unique he's definitely the one to go to. This review is for FM Entertainment's photobooth service: First off, Frank's rates were *significantly* more reasonable than anyone else in the Tri-state area. Even after upgrading to unlimited prints and a scrapbook, our package was ridiculously affordable. Booking the photobooth went so smoothly, I started to wonder if FM Entertainment was real, or just a happy dream produced by my stress-addled bridal brain. Fortunately for us and our guests, it was both real and awesome. The pleasant, professional booth attendants showed up on time, brought a trove of fun props, and produced a ton of high-quality photo strips. They were diligent in getting our guests to sign the scrapbook, making it a lovely memento that my husband and I will treasure. We owe a huge thanks to Frank and his attendants for making our photobooth one of the most fun, stress-free parts of our big day! read more

Used FM entertainment for a photo booth rental for my dad's surprise party at a restaurant. Frank was friendly and helpful from before I even confirmed the booking. At the party he was nothing but professional and fun! My guests and I had an absolute blast and it was just what we needed to turn it up a notch. Hi Frank, First of all, you did not supply the pictures within 10 days, it was 20 days later after my husband and I tried to contact you multiple times over many different forms- call, emails, Facebook, Yelp, etc. You did not reply to our messages until we threatened legal action. The fact that the booth continuously broke down during our wedding is not acceptable, nor is it the attendant's fault. If you hire an attendant they should be trained properly on the booth before sending them out on a job. The fault is with you and the way the company is (poorly) run. Frankly hearing that the booth broke down multiple times DURING the wedding should have sparked you to issue us a refund, but no we had to fight with you to even get our pictures after we paid in full. Other customers of yours have reached out to me complaining about the same issues. Like previously mentioned- hire literally anyone but FM Entertainment if you want your photo booth the work/you get your pictures without a fight. Plus we never received the usb with all the pictures. read more

Then when my photo didn't come out, he didn't bother helping either. He said the photos would be emailed to us but nope, no photo received. Fine, I figured I would get the photo online since he gave us a business card stating that the event would be available at a certain date. It's been a whole week to the day that he said the photos would be their website and the event isn't even listed. Worst photo booth experience ever. read more

I don't like taking to social media to blast someone about bad business. But there comes a time when there are no more excuses for being ignored. I was suppose to get the digital copies for my daughters sweet 16. This was 3/31/19, and I have still not received them. When I signed the contract it said I would get a USB with all the pictures. After her party I was told that they would be uploaded to his website and I can download them. So I wait and nothing......then I call and after about 3 phone calls he finally answers. He then tells me he has been really busy and that he is in the process of uploading them and that he will have them on the website mid April. Welllllll here we are, the middle of May and nothing. There is nothing on the website since 2.2.19 until last week and now there is one from April. What the hell is going on. I am so upset, because that was one of the things I specifically wanted when I booked a photobooth. I have left several message on the phone number, I have sent facebook messages, emails. I believe I have been beyond patient and now It is time for people to know that he is a sham! I am not sure what happened because he had wonderful reviews when I booked him.....but his service has went down hill. And I want to know when I will be getting the photos, or if he has lost them forever, severely putting a bad mark on my daughters memories of her sweet 16. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING this company. Completely UNBELEIVABLE! So Frank calls and swears he will have photos up by the weekend, I tell him I will give him to Wednesday, since I understand the weekend is his busiest time, well guess what is now Wednesday morning and there is NOTHING!!!!!!!! Used Frank for my wedding in July and he was amazing. I think he always had the crowd going however I wanted him to play more of the music I wanted to listen to. I wasn't dissatisfied at all and would use them again. He is very very fair with all pricing and will work with you. Very unprofessional! I put a deposit on a photo booth for a sweet sixteen and the booth did not work AT ALL. During the party the attendant, who was not that friendly was on the phone with owner trying to troubleshoot but was not successful. Instead of approaching me she just left the party and the photo booth in the corner shut off. The next morning I left a message for the owner Frank who did return my phone call and said he would return my deposit, the vendor fee, and offered a complimentary party which I accepted as an adequate solution. The problem is, he had not followed through with any of it! He has been playing a game of cat and mouse with me. I do not know why he feels that I should chase him to get my deposit back for a service he never provided. He keeps e-mailing me how busy he is and he will get back to me and never does. It is ridiculous. I would have thought making this right would have been a priority since this is a business that thrives on referrals. There are many other companies out there. I would highly recommend using someone else. Save yourself the headache. I will post again with updates. read more
