Used xtreme entertainment for a wedding after having issues with another company. I jumped on the package offered- it seemed too good to be true! (And it was.) Probably should have done more research, but after seeing a bunch of 5 star reviews and seeing that xtreme was a preferred vendor at my venue, I enthusiastically booked them for music, a photobooth and photography. The music was the best of the 3 and I would rate it good but not outstanding. The photographer was nice but it was a disappointing experience- mostly candid shots and very few staged pictures, my sister in law had to tell the photographer who to put in the photos, I had to try to catch him all night to ask him to take certain pictures, he didn't go around to take pictures at the individual guest tables. I didn't think I would have to dictate all the pictures to be taken. A professional photographer knows the "usual" shots" to take. The photobooth was the worst- a cheap white, wrinkled cloth as a backdrop, just a handful of props (including broken glasses, ripped foam fingers, old tattered hats)- I certainly would have gone to the dollar store to purchase a bunch of my own trinkets had I known what they would have put out! It was embarrassing! Then, when I peeked behind the curtain to see if anyone was taking pictures, the attendant, who looked like a teenager, was there on his cell phone! Unprofessional! No upbeat demeanor, smiles or greetings, he acted like it was the last place he wanted to be. Yes, the price was cheap compared to other companies we had meetings with, but you get what you pay for and I won't get another shot at a do-over for my wedding. :( read more
