Vinny worked closely with me to plan the perfect event, and his staff executed that plan to perfection. They were courteous, friendly, and worked amazingly well under pressure. When 325 hungry seniors came out for the BBQ, the Tulip crew was ready and able to serve them efficiently and with a smile. Great food, great people, and a great event. We planned, prepped and placed our very detailed order two weeks in advance of our planned event. Apparently, they only have one chef and NO BACK UP PLAN. Chef was "sick" and they canceled on is with only 24 hours notice. Totally unprofessional! If you plan on booking with Dash of Salt, make sure you have a Plan B. You never know when they may cancel on you.
