Unfortunately, one of the color balloons that I purchased didn't meet the description that was displayed online. I was informed by John (one of the employees) that he would speak to the manager the following day to see if anything could be done. A follow up call was made the next day and I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to covid. The manager proceeded to say, "Well, at least you didn't spend a lot of money on the balloons." Regardless of what was spent, it was money spent out of my pocket for something I didn't want and couldn't use. I could see if I was seeking a refund, but a simple exchange couldn't honored? NEVER AGAIN! Don't make the same mistake I made. There are other suppliers out there that will treat you better.

Wow. This was the most unprofessional party vendor that I ever encountered. I had to order some…read morecarnival items like the cotton candy and popcorn machines along with some high bar tables. The tables were OK but the carnival games were a whole other story. These are the times when I wished I could give zero stars or even negative stars. Don't be fooled by the general high rating! I spoke with the representative and he made me think that nothing would have gotten wrong. I was assured by his professional customer service but on the day of the event, everything went awry. The delivery men wouldn't bring our items to the 5th floor, speaking of an elevator fee that we didn't pay. Not once was that fee mentioned and the items came so gut wrentchingly nasty that me being a popcorn lover I don't even want to know whether or not people clean their machines. We had to clean the machines ourselves. At first the box of materials were not left with the rest of the items. When I did find it, I discovered that the box was just a ripped up cardboard box that had the popcorn oil all over it. Hey party rental thanks for not even providing us a full fledged box, you're too cheap to even give us a new cardboard box for our machine supplies. I kept calling the guy too because the two machines had the worst instructions ever. It might as well have said "put oil, put kernels". Where are the oil to kernel ratios? Good thing I'm more familiar with the cotton candy machine, but one of the heating knobs were actually missing. I almost set our event venue on fire with that dang popcorn machine, with smoke everywhere. Perhaps you guys should clean your machine before using it, so you don't kill yourself or others. The cotton candy machine had all this already burnt sugar on it and the bowl section was covered in dirt. After a while of calling the rep, I would say that he shut off his phone because it went to voicemail. Sorry to bother you, but if you guys did your job right the first time I wouldn't have had to reach you. For some reason also they didn't even pick up their machines next day, why would any event venue be okay with you picking up after 4 days later? Dear Brooklyn party rental, I cannot believe you guys call yourself a company. Thanks for letting me know first hand to NEVER rent from you again. They had colored lights to add to the mood (you can switch the lights to any color). The floors are marble which give that elegant touch. We didn't use any of their props but the owner did mention that they had plenty available to help create the scene. This is located in a very residential area so there is parking on the street. I waited 2 weeks for my order of ribbons and when I sent a family member in to pick my order up they gave her unacceptable ribbons. They were not printed properly, faded out and majority of the lettering was missing and not visible. When I returned with my merchandise the following day in person, the owner tried to justify her work by saying she didn't see any thing wrong with them. All 80 ribbons were ruined and she felt like her finished product was ok to give to her customer. We engaged in a staring match for a few seconds as I remained calmer than I usually am, then she asked me to follow her to the back. She handed me back a refund for my merchandise. Not one time did she try to rectify this matter by offering another alternative to fix the situation. My money back is fine with me. She's extremely lucky I prayed before I walked into her establishment.
