I was informed by John (one of the employees) that he would speak to the manager the following day to see if anything could be done. A follow up call was made the next day and I was told that there was nothing that could be done due to covid. The manager proceeded to say, "Well, at least you didn't spend a lot of money on the balloons." Regardless of what was spent, it was money spent out of my pocket for something I didn't want and couldn't use. I could see if I was seeking a refund, but a simple exchange couldn't honored? NEVER AGAIN! Don't make the same mistake I made. There are other suppliers out there that will treat you better.
