It was either you reschedule and charge and be charged an additional $125 even though I called with in a timely matter (48hrs) or cancel my reservation all together with no reimbursement of any kind. The last time I used this company was 4yrs ago for my daughter's 1st birthday and they were 2 hours late with the entertainment. To my better judgement I chose to trust them a d have been highly disappointed. I'm not writing this to say don't use them everyone's experiences are different I don't control the weather nor do I want to postpone my baby boy's party. The first call I had with Annabel I felt like we were old friends chatting. I explained the party to her and she explained her entertainment which was magic show, balloons, sand art and face painting. On party day she delivered above expectations. Horrible company. Will not use again and would highly recommend another route…read more All-around upsetting experience. A friend recommended this company for my daughter's birthday party. The bounce house was delivered the day before and we were given explicit instructions for setting it up the next day. The guys setting it up were great. They also said there wasn't much gas and not to turn it on until right before the party. The day of the party, I called, concerned that there wasn't enough gas for the whole party. I was told not to turn it on until 30 minutes before the party started. We did as instructed and the bounce house would not blow up. Further, the blowers kept tripping the breaker on the generator. I called the company and they said someone could come out to look at it in two hours (at 4 pm), the party was slated to end at 4:30. I had a group of four year olds standing around at my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was crying. My stepdad missed the entire first hour of the party trying everything to get the house to blow up. Finally, halfway through the party, my stepdad was able to rig one blower to an outlet that allowed it to blow up. The house still looked fairly deflated and we were incredibly nervous about whether or not it was safe for kids to use. A representative of the company showed up a few minutes later, and said it looked fine and left. He offered to fix it but it was too late at that point, the party was about over, and there was no point. I also found it alarming that they were completely fine with a novice (my stepdad) rigging a solution without any form of inspection or oversight. We called to ask for a partial refund as we were unable to even use the bounce house for 75% of the party, and the other half of the party was spent worrying about the fact that only one blower worked. We were not only told no, we were told WE were wrong for still having someone come out to check on the safety of the bounce house when it was still clearly functioning incorrectly! The friend who recommended this company also recommended Jump and Slide (https://www.jumpandslide.net/). I will definitely try them next year!

The tent was delivered and setup 48 hours prior to the event which gave us plenty of time to setup the party. We were informed that the tent we had originally ordered was returned dirty so we were upgraded to a larger tent at no cost. I called Shane at Top Line on the recommendation of a friend. Shane came and looked at my backyard, which is on the small side, to figure out what my best options were. I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail. Shane's team came a few days before the party to set up. Each one of the guys were neat, friendly, professional and respectful of my property. The tables were strong and sturdy. Everything was clean. We had lights and fans set up with the tents and they did not leave until everything was perfect. The team came back a few days after the party to break everything down and again were neat and respectful of my property. To say that we were happy with Top Line Party Rentals is an understatement. We would highly recommend them for your party needs. You won't be disappointed!
