We hired Smiles for our daughter's 1st birthday party yesterday and he was amazing! Literally, the BEST balloon twister/entertainer/party vendor! I never write reviews, but Jon was absolutely fantastic, I have to let other parents/businesses out there know, so you can all hire him for your children's parties/events! Don't hesitate, hire Smiles! Unfortunately, I have no photos because I was a total spaz running around (thankfully, we had a photographer), but please take my word when I say that all the kids, parents, and other adult guests were raving about his awesome balloons and his great personality! Although we were a little pressed for time due to the entrees coming out a bit later than expected, Jon walked around and twisted intricate balloons (mini birthday girl, cars, flowers, unicorn, mermaid, octopus, monster, diamond ring, etc.) and then performed a magic show for the kids, who were cracking up and were in awe of his tricks! I have been using Smiles for my family events for the past 7 years. He has entertained at my children's birthday parties, baptisms, communions, and even our family get togethers to keep all the children happy and having fun. When it comes to a balloon artist, there is no one better than him - you can ask him to create anything and someway/somehow, he will do it! Even the adults were in awe! When I spoke to Smiles for the first time, I liked his energy and liked that he could do multiple activities as part of his show. He was professional and patiently listened to all of my questions. We used Smiles for my daughters first birthday party, there were about 35 children and John was absolutely amazing. He did face painting, balloons and a magic show that kept all the children entertained. They were all thrilled with the face painting and balloons and he managed to keep all their attention and keep them laughing the entire magic show. My friends and I had a karaoke party, and smiles was there! At the end of the night he made our entire day by pulling out his balloons and creating some different designs!
