Sorry Mary C but I think you are wayyyy off base in regards to this company. My wife and I had the complete opposite experience with Invitations & Beyond. When we visited the store we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. As we began looking around the store the staff approached us asking if we would like a drink, if had any questions, and what type of occasion we were in the market for. We explained that we were shopping for our wedding invitations but we weren't really sure the direction we wanted to go, nor were we aware of the price structure. The staff then asked if we would like to review some of the various options of wedding invitations (who would have know there were sooo many) and the different pricing levels. They were patient and truly helped/guided us in making the perfect decision on the invitation. Upon the conclusion of our visit and after picking the paper and stock we wanted., Jared (I believe the owner) told us he would email us some samples showing us the design layouts....they were amazing, all of them...only negative we could only pick one option for our big day. So we picked one...and like so many after we picked my wife changed her mind on the design. The staff was so understandable and made the changes with out issue. When we got the final product it was just perfect. Matter of fact we received numerous phone calls about how gorgeous our invitations were. They also made our place cards for the table seating which matched the decor of our wedding perfectly. Since our wedding many of our friends and family have called us asking for our invitations company....and all have used this company and have raved about the service, professionalism, and beauty of their cards. Last but certainly not least, we had visited other invitation stores and not only does Invitations & Beyond provide great service and products they are extremely well priced in comparison to other companies!! This past Monday I received a shipment of custom-labeled bottled water that was designed and processed by Invitations and Beyond, and as always the entire process completely surpassed my expectations! I literally contacted them about the order on Thursday afternoon, when I heard from my extremely desperate and now-panicking client that an order of 360 custom bottled waters that she had contracted weeks ago through another supplier was canceled for some very vague reason. I immediately called Jared who most often handles our printing needs, and they were in my client's hands by Monday morning, with time to spare for their Tuesday morning guest room delivery. Needless to say, I had a very appreciative client which makes it easy to sing the praises of the I&B team for making this happen so seamlessly! As an event planner, my team and I find a lot of ways to utilize this company - even for more unconventional requests - and they always find a way to deliver on our unusual, picky, and almost always last-minute requests. They also make suggestions on how to make what we thought was a great idea even better! We have ordered invitations (of course!), menus, place cards, branded toothpick flags, branded water, specialty signage, oversized checks - you name it - and every time the transaction has been professional and easy. Jared is so quick to respond through email (who has time to call these days?) and when I do pick up the phone, someone is always available to help if Jared isn't around. One of the best parts of our wedding, and the most memorable, were the invitations from Invitations & Beyond. We still have friends and family talking about how beautiful they were. I have since framed one, as it truly is a gorgeous sight. I felt the invitations were important in setting the tone and style for our wedding, so it was equally important to me to find a reputable company who was easy to work with. Invitations and Beyond came through for us!! Since wedding planning is such a huge undertaking, it was reliving to have had as much guidance and help as we did from them. We were given so much assistance with wording, paper color, font, graphics, and adding own details. We dealt mostly with a woman there, who was very friendly and helpful. She responded to emails almost immediately, and was able to make all of my requests a reality. We were given a great price too (a promotional offer at the time). Every interaction with them was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I have since recommended them to friends, and since our experience was so great, I wanted to take the time to tell as many more people as I could as well. I recommend them with 10 stars!! read more

I've been meaning to write a review for a while now because I want to express my gratitude and say how wonderful my experiences have been at Invitations and Beyond!! I have used this amazing company multiple times and each time Debbie and Jared have been so patient, kind and all around fantastic! I LOVED my invitations and thought the whole process was so smooth thanks to them! They never complained when I had last minute changes, they just did whatever needed to be done to ensure my invitations were perfect!! The custom menus, place cards, table numbers, and wedding welcome bag notes that I ordered for my sister's wedding were fantastic! They were exactly what I hoped for and were made just as I specified. Everything matched our vision perfectly and the separate custom orders were perfectly consistent! The paper is a good weight and texture. Jared was very responsive and he worked within our tight timeline. The er arrived very quickly and Jared was very kind, flexible, and accommodating. Used them twice. First time was great. Recent experience was the opposite. Invitations were nice but came a month and half late! I was promised many different delivery dates. The main envelopes and response envelopes had no glue so they had to be taped close. Not happy with that. Get everything in writing! read more

Sent this company some sweaters to ebroider . I was told it takes generally 2 weeks . I had no logo in pdf form for my company either. They recreated my logo , embroider the sweaters and got them back to me in 3 days in time for my conferance. This company ROCKS ! I highly recommend them ! Mike A. read more
