Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.

( see pix) she noted me by name upon leaving. In the large store are many paraphernalia and items for sale with entire displays for rent. In the back is a rack of many ribbons. To the side is a rack of cards for purchase and also, the smaller note cards which can be added into the arranges. One shadow box has a flower bouquet noting they can preserve them. Lots of worded signs and some angels to choose from which could be added to a gift as well.
