It was so wonderful we went back to celebrate with his friends at Laser Bounce on July 10 which was even better. Couldn't believe it but we stayed for 6-7 hours straight. Kids had a blast in the ball pit, in the bouncy house and laser tag. 5 Kids & 3 adults enjoyed a large pizza cut into 16 slices, 4 orders of buffalo wings, an order of loaded nachos, and 2 large lemonades (no ice). Almost forgot, kids had mini melts and they were so good, we reordered 2 more near the end of the night. They put our toddler out of care that's for one. Lucky enough we found a back up care quickly and the baby is doing wonderful there. We are paying for the two weeks twice basically. This business has been contacted twice and claimed refund has been sent to us. We yet to see it. The business owner please contact me ASAP to provide transaction details on when, how much and which account the refund has been sent to. Aside from administrative and billing issue, the quality of the care and education this business provides is highly doubtful. Our toddler was potty trained, and as every 2.5 year old, he has accidents. He was potty shamed at ny kids club Lic and started asking to wear diapers all day long. The caregiver made him feel deeply ashamed for wetting his pants or bed. Myself and another mommy in my building, who ended up pulling her baby out of this school, both have observed the teachers scold kids for no obvious reasons, or being very cold to the kids, or even saying things like, crying in my classroom is not acceptable. If these people are not into having a career in early education, please stop making money out of the kids and families.

They participated in art, chess, and music classes, as well as the half-day option. While I appreciate the efforts made by Playday to make improvements, I still eagerly anticipate further enhancements to their online system. Additionally, I hope that Playday will market their offered services and deals through emails and various social media platforms more often. Such efforts would greatly benefit customers like myself. Playday staff are understanding and accommodating with kids illness. This level of flexibility and consideration is something Playday consistently offers, ensuring that your money is well-spent. In addition, the location's proximity to the 7 subway station and the availability of outdoor classes in their backyard add to the convenience and appeal. Not friendly nor accommodating to children with special needs…read more I am a parent of a child on the Autism spectrum. Today I accompanied my child's class on a school trip to Jib Lanes Bowling Alley. Once we arrived at 10:00 AM. Management refused to open the lanes until every single child was seated. Our school was one of multiple schools in attendance so needless to say that the establishment did not even have enough seating available for the amount of students in attendance. After waiting for over 20 minutes with excited and anxious children, management finally decided to start the machines and open the lanes. After the children were finally allowed to start playing one of the children walked onto one of the lanes and was quickly retrieved and safely escorted back to their seat by school staff. Jib Lanes Management immediately began to scream and shout in a loud and aggressive voice over the public announcement speakers, scaring the children. He began threatening the children, stating that if one more child walks into a lane he would shut down all of the machines and all of the lanes and kick all of the classes out of his establishment.

Superkickers are quick to answer your questions and adjust their programming based on the needs of the community. For example, our oldest will be enrolling in their (newish) dual language program for the first time this summer. We were concerned that she would forget her Spanish studies over the course of the summer, which could impact her standing in her school's dual language program, but now we feel she will be able to remain fresh on Spanish. We love how all the activities engage the children mentally and physically, the field trip opportunities, and the friends they make. The intramural soccer league is such a great fit for young budding and enthusiastic players. Coach Stephanie and Coach Juan are warm and encouraging with the players while teaching them important skills and providing a great foundation for the young ones to learn how to play on a team. I love the way they coach -- it is age appropriate but treats them like soccer players and teammates. My son gets so much out of this program. Coach Stephanie clearly thinks through and plans out the practices and my son LOVES going to his games! Coach Juan is great with the kids.

i went to one of the parties just two weeks ago. the kids looked like they were having the time of…read moretheir lives. they were running on the blue strip in the back of the gym, jumping on the trampoline, swinging on the bars, racing the staff down the blue strip. right in front of the waiting area the kids were climbing the rope, attempting to climb to the top. some of the kids made it all the way up, some decided to swing which was the most exciting thing to see. the kids were having a ball. i would 100% sign my kid up for a party here. there was tons of food to go around. the staff was so helpful as i watched them help the birthday parents bring all the food and drinks out the car. they brought up cake at the end. everything was amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend. i'm excited just thinking about it. i wish i could be a kid again haha!!
