I didn't realize we would have the place to ourselves during our party. They played games , they played music and they loved the ride. The party room is a nice decent size. I was told i couldn't bring outside decorations i was bummed but when we had to finalize everything i was asked what them and they did not disappoint with what we wanted. Attended a four year old's birthday party. It was well organized, the only caveat I would say is that the sock requirement should be noted on the invitation or at minimum told to the birthday child's parents especially during the summer because even the adults cannot go into the main area without having socks. The blow up bouncing equipment is well made and can handle older people(not just kids). The music is extremely loud so bear that in mind any children with sensory issues. I like this place. But they have an 8.45am kids party on weekends. They only do it to fit in as many parties in a day as possible (for profits), which I find distasteful... it's literally back to back parties. I would like to give the place itself 4 stars cause my son had a blast and he loved the blow up slides. We went their for a super early party and had to sign a waiver form. I found that sooo annoying. You have to create an account with email and password. Just give me a waiver form to sign. I could have done it at home but didnt want to create a username and password. I've been to many other play houses, and dont understand this policy. The staff was great, attentive and friendly. I would probably return for open play as my son enjoys it but would not host a party here... my friends kid's party felt rushed. While we were in the play area a crowd came in and was just crowding the front waiting for us to exit... they also served pizza for this 8.45am party. Which was disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I presume no pizza spots are open at that hour and it tasted like they just ordered the pizza the night before and served it without heating. It was hard as rocks. We just had our three-year-old's birthday party here and we all had a great time. The kids were free to play with all the obstacle courses, bounce areas, and slides plus had unlimited access to the Tagata ride. The adults were allowed on pretty much everything, too. We ordered two catering appetizers for the adults since it was a 10am party (veggie platter and puff pastries) and everyone liked them! The kids, of course, enjoyed their pizza which was ordered from a local Astoria shop. On top of this, the two event managers they assigned to our party were fantastic. Easy to work with, very warm and welcoming, and they were great with the kids. Would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties where you don't want to have to lift a finger. Just had my daughters birthday here! I don't usually leave reviews but the attention and service that was provided was just amazing. The girls that work there and manager go out of their way for the birthday baby and parents. I did the 2 hour party, me and my wife just had to pick a package, date and theme everything was great. My wife was really worried about the themed decorations but they are the actual licensed products so no cheap knock offs. We wanted to do bluey but my daughter wanted a butterfly theme and it was perfectly executed. Tissues plates balloons cake table cloth butterfly's everywhere. The girls that are the party pros really engaged all the kids. There was no doubt it was a party it wasn't at all a just play open play regular day. Glitter tattoos the parachute dancing even the music was great they took off the lights and had laser lights! The staff working there was very professional, hands on and attentive with everything. At no point did my wife and I feel rushed or pressured. The staff was in complete control and handled all the kids well. Good mix of activities, play time, and food. The time periods for all 3 were perfect. Not too long, not too short. Everybody loved the 6 foot hero! Each foot serves 4 people. Ordered 4 pies. We had about 26 kids and 40 adults. The Kids enjoyed the pizza and cake. Ok five stars for the people that work here but really 1 star for the fun aspect. The employees here are fantastic. They try, they try really hard in my opinion, but the games and attractions just don't live up to the hype. Since the name of the place is kinda a riff off another well known kids party venue, the concept is similar. Basically you get shuttled from one play/party room to the next and while you are in one room, unbeknownst to you, they are gearing up for another party group to be in the room you were just in and cleaning up the room you will be going to. It's quite frankly really efficient and they are adept at the shuttling concepts here as well. While at the other venue there is more than one play room, here you just get one play room before you are shuttled to a party room with pizza and cake. The rooms elsewhere are also Much larger and allows for greater freedom of movement. Here the rooms are tighter and I kept feeling I was standing in someone's path no matter where I stood. Some of the games and attractions here are kinda outdated. There's a mini ball pit for like 3-4 kids, a mini carousel for like three kids, etc.... I guess they would work for really young kids but it would get old pretty fast. I will end with a comment that the people that work here make a tremendous effort and that's nice to see. Came for a friend's daughter's birthday and thought the team here did a great job putting together an efficient yet fun event for the kiddos. Firstly the play area has a section for the youngr kiddos and a separate section for older kiddos (and adults), including adult friendly giant inflatable slides. The area is shoes-free and kept in a pretty clean state relatively speaking. The staff also led some special games like limbo. After about an hour of free play time, everyone is herded into a separate room for the food/party. The staff here run a tight ship- food/drinks/balloons/decor are set up, kids are served, HBD is sung, cake is eaten, party favors handed out, and everyone is herded out. Came here over the weekend for a friends party & I loved everything about it! The place it self is so cute! They have a small jungle gym, 2 very big slides, some arcade games to buy tokens for, a huge jump house & a small area for the smaller kids! They also have rick climbing and some electric ride as well! The best part is that they allow the parent to go in with their kids to all parts! So we end up having as much fun as the kids them selfs! Big open space for your kids to go nuts, the staff was inviting & friendly. There is a separate section for birthday parties. The extremely sad arcade area, consist of 1 arcade machine 4 tokens, Air Hockey 4 tokens & a Mini Merry Go Round 2 Tokens. Didn't matter to us, because we were here to Bounce & Slide. I actually went on the big slide with my daughter & to my surprise it was faster then what I expected, I almost flew off of it! Came to this place for my nephews birthday. Great spot to celebrate a quick bday party for the little ones. The first hour was free play, they had staff that supervised the children if needed. But honestly, adults are allowed to play too so I went up and down the slide several times. Pretty great! I could not have been more pleased with how my daughters birthday party turned out! I worked with Christine to plan and book my daughters party. She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions without being pushy. My daughter loves Elmo and she made sure that my theme of "Sesame Street " was carried out perfectly. I paid to have "Elmo" at my daughters party but the fact that this was an option was well worth it just to see the look on her face!! When it came time to make the final payment for the party, Christine made sure everything was well organized so that all we had to do was show up. I also liked that Bounce N Play offered private parties and had guidelines for protection from Covid including temperature checks at the door and hand sanitizer readily accessible. All the staff wore masks (as did we) I was glad to see they take COVID precautions seriously to protect the guests and staff. On the day of the party, my daughter had THE BEST time! I did my two kids' birthday parties (age 3 and 5) here this year in January and March. From inquiry - booking - party, throughout the process, the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. I ordered pizza, and salad from their menu, and also ordered cake from them. The cake (awesome!), and pizza, drinks were good. The ceasar salad was fine. The potato salad was not good - still edible, but I've had better. I've also had their spaghettie meatball, greek salad, and pastry puffs when I got invited to my friend's kid's party, and those were all great. The party was SUPER fun for the kids and some adults too! The staff was so friendly and they helped with any little questions and things I had during the party. For my 3 year old's party, we only had 9 kids, so the staff threw in some extra things for us which we didn't pay for - face painting and cotton candy! I also asked them to not do some of the stuff like parachute play etc. (which actually worked really well for my 5 year old) because my younger one gets scared easily, and they were totally flexible and let the kids play more and did limbo longer. After I did my party in January, three of our friends did their parties here because their kids had so much fun at my party. We are so happy to have found this gem, and would do bday parties here in the future for sure. read more

Looking to take baby girl out to get some air and play around a bit. Bounce N Play popped up on the radar and so we went. Service: the staff is pleasant and helpful. No real complaints there. Decor: there are 2 sections. 1 for the smaller kids which has a mini-merry-go-round, 2 ball pits, a little crawl through tunnel and a little slide. The other is for the bigger kids that need a little more room so in there section are 2 huge slides, a bouncy house, and one of those all over the place tunnel thingys. They also have some arcade games and air hockey to play in case the adults need something to do while their kids go off and run a muck. Price: 2 hours of free play for $15...probably won't get much better then that. Now for why it has 2 stars from me: - i don't think there's any ventilation in there. It's like a thick humidity in the air that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. So a packed house and chasing around a 16 month old in that heat isn't fun. - the majority of the venue is carpeted. That plus that humidity in the air and you have yourself one skeevy feeling carpet! - because of the carpet, Bounce asks that you take your shoes off if you're going to be on the carpet. Do you think everyone is abiding by that simple request? NOPE! Doesn't seem like the staff is even serious about enforcing that rule either. Made mention to one of the staff members on the way out that there were some parents wearing there shoes in areas where kids were playing and putting there feet up on some of the activity spaces (yes we tattled)...all the staff said in return was, "OMG!" Didn't speak to the parents, didn't make an announcement...nothing. - the cleanliness of Bounce is kinda sketchy. Aside from the carpet (which was a huge issue for me), there was water all over the non-carpeted floor that seemed to be there for longer then it needed to be. Some of the balls in the ball pit had some foreign substance on it (maybe old gum...maybe something worse). - this place can/will fill up. And seating for those who don't wish to go into the activity areas is scarce! So, you have adults (with their outside shoes on) spilling into the activity areas for the kids because they're looking for a place to sit. My wife and I had to ask a couple to break up their little cuddle session and move so that our daughter could play on the slide. SMH. Bounce N Play is a great concept and probably very beneficial to families with kids that live in the neighborhood. As for me, due to the items listed above, I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. read more

if I could give this place a 0 I would. The host had horrible customer service. There was a few arcade games but if there was an option to play two player the other side didn't work. There was no place to hang up coats. The face painting was not worth the price, very amateur drawing, nothing like the pictures presented. not worth the money. the character only came out for 5 mins which was Elsa and Elsa was not interactive at all. when playing limbo the character didn't even bend down to get it lower to the ground. we had an autistic guest who is non verbal. Even though he was accompanied by his mom and younger brother he ran back into the ball pit with his shoes on and the Host was screaming at him very disrespectfully not taking the time to realize he has a disability. The pizza was cold and nasty. The apple juice was nasty and watered down. The host announced cotton candy but not stating party was over and it was a parting gift to take out the door. In the mist of kids eating the cotton candy they started to clean up the table cloths while kids were still eating. When we was leaving a chair was holding the door open for us which is a fire hazard and fall hazard in which a pregnant guest almost fell not being able to see pass her stomach. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I originally booked my daughters' party for March 20th. A week before if when everything shut down. My guest did NOT feel safe going to the party so I called to cancel and get a refund. They deny my request and moved my party to May 27th because they thought everything was going to blow over. I don't want a credit. I want my money back. Things will not go back to normal anytime soon. I begged and begged. There should be an exception because of the WORLD PANDEMIC. I call, no answer. My friend celebrated her twins bday party a few weeks ago. I took my niece and she had a blast. You have to sign a waiver online before you get there. Not sure if they actually checked but i was confused as why I had to create an account online. The party started at 3pm and I knew there would be a time limit of how long the kids get to bounce around so I made sure to get there on time. About an hour later we were rushed into the party room & I saw another other party rushing into the bounce area. The party room had pizza 6 foot sammich and cake. The room was pretty big and a lot of space. They made some cotton candy, we sung happy bday and party over. My niece and I had a great time bouncing around but I felt it was so rushed. Our toddler loves coming here! There are two big inflatable slide sets, large bouncy castle, one small ball pit (2-3 kids at a time max) and a padded/plastic slide set with tunnels. There's also an entry play area with toy sets for smaller kids. Pros: 1. It's clean. My child has never gotten sick here and we've been here a few times. The bathroom was spotless. 2. Good variety of large slides that will keep kids entertained. 3. Friendly staff. The girl at the desk was helpful, friendly and super nice. The also had free water and ice tea in a pitcher for parents. Cons: 1. Not enough toy space/area for toddlers. They are under-utilizing the entry/first play space and should fill it up with more toy houses, kitchen sets, a soft bowling set or soccer set, and maybe some huge blocks. Keep smaller kids entertained. 2. The arcade/car game was out of order. Get rid of it or get a working arcade, car game or pinball. 3. Rock climbing space looks useless and small. Bigger ball pit or a better rock climbing wall would be better in that space. This place is good for one-two hours of playtime. We will be back! read more

I was surprised to see a ball pit as many places don't really have them anymore. It's clean but many of the hard to reach places are dusty.
