From the first visit to the hall it was amazingly easy to talk to him, ask all our questions and address any concerns. We had about 90 ppl in total, although we expected close to 120. Tables and chair were sturdy, good condition and clean. The hall was clean and tidy when we got there early Saturday morning. Abdul called in to check that we were doing okay that morning and to confirm that he would be by to check out the sound system and make sure it was up and running for us. There was an evening event right after ours so we did have to be certain of clearing out by 5 so that the next party could adequately decorate and we were able to squeeze by. Abdul was there at the end to make sure everything was ok and got to work with his clean up crew with the hall provides as part of the fees and pricing. There are add-ons that they offer such as the ice machine in the back room, which worked great for us for the price, having the peace of mind that we had ice on hand. We also used the chaffing dishes they offer (extra fee) to keep the food warm, we provided the burners ourselves. I wish I had taken more pictures of just the hall and the decorations but something is better than nothing. We provided decorations ourselves but I know that they do offer decoration services such as a decorative chair, tablecloths and chair covers that I had seen on other occasions during other visits during other parties. Everything was so beautifully done and set up for the party. Every vendor that Nadia (the owner ) recommended was reasonably priced and did an amazing job. Working with Nadia was easy and she was always available to take our call or text . She was easy going and flexible. During the event not only her manger but she herself came to help and make sure everything was going accordingly. This was my husbands choice being that he is Russian. Being Italian I was nervous that the Italian and American guests would not feel comfortable or have complaints due to Italian halls and Russian halls being different. But in fact it was quite the opposite. They catered to our needs and even made suggestions on how to reduce cost. In our case we brought our own drinks for their bartender to serve, which helped reduce cost. The drapes were a wrinkly raspberry-red satin material that were somewhat sheer if there was lighting behind them.
