The bounce house was delivered the day before and we were given explicit instructions for setting it up the next day. The guys setting it up were great. They also said there wasn't much gas and not to turn it on until right before the party. The day of the party, I called, concerned that there wasn't enough gas for the whole party. I was told not to turn it on until 30 minutes before the party started. We did as instructed and the bounce house would not blow up. Further, the blowers kept tripping the breaker on the generator. I called the company and they said someone could come out to look at it in two hours (at 4 pm), the party was slated to end at 4:30. I had a group of four year olds standing around at my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was crying. My stepdad missed the entire first hour of the party trying everything to get the house to blow up. Finally, halfway through the party, my stepdad was able to rig one blower to an outlet that allowed it to blow up. The house still looked fairly deflated and we were incredibly nervous about whether or not it was safe for kids to use. A representative of the company showed up a few minutes later, and said it looked fine and left. He offered to fix it but it was too late at that point, the party was about over, and there was no point. I also found it alarming that they were completely fine with a novice (my stepdad) rigging a solution without any form of inspection or oversight. We called to ask for a partial refund as we were unable to even use the bounce house for 75% of the party, and the other half of the party was spent worrying about the fact that only one blower worked. We were not only told no, we were told WE were wrong for still having someone come out to check on the safety of the bounce house when it was still clearly functioning incorrectly! The friend who recommended this company also recommended Jump and Slide (https://www.jumpandslide.net/). I will definitely try them next year!

As soon as we got in, all we smelled was sweat and BO and it was clear this unit has not really been cleaned in a while and was old. This unit was zip tied together and had some blood stains inside from who knows how long ago. I did bring it up the owner but after the party was over and the unit was picked up already and he said he would clean it himself. Overall, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't use these guys again as these units have years of use already on them.

I have a paid invoice in full. I requested assistance and/or understanding on properly measuring the area for my clients deck to grass space. It was expressed to me that no one was available to come to the Long Island home. So I expressed we didn't know how to measure and while in this phone convo a person in the back was being very very condescending and unprofessional by stating "she doesn't know how to measure, who doesn't know how to measure". So I expressed to the person I believe to be Jdegraziano that whomever in the back was out of line in her comment then proceeded to say she didn't like my tone and was now canceling my contract and invoice. I made her aware on a prior call and text that I would want to upgrade . My event is for 12/11 and drop off was to be for 12/10/21 We were more than willing to pay for any additional services. We now have to find a way to source another rental company. Please keep in mind that your company was a referred company from other chefs I work very close with. My business has been over exceeding and my current goal was too lock in event spaces and event planning companies to handle my high volumes moving forward. This is very disturbing. It has shifted my day. Both of your employees tag teamed me very harshly on the phone and I will not have to send this to everyone I know who has referred me along with anywhere I can place a review. No one , esp another business owner should have to ensure that level of unprofessionalism and disrespect.
