A tip - work on the attitude, you should not be screaming at your customers especially if these are paying. You yelled at a person in front of me and then me. You yelled at me for not knowing where the basket goes and then for a bag you even forgot to charge. I bought over $35 in items and I told her I would need a bag which I was ok paying for it. She forgot to add the bag - I guess because she was talking to her employee. Unfortunately, I had no cash and she said she was not going to charge my credit card as the minimum was $10 and her ripped plastic bag was 50 cents. Not even 5 cents - it was 50. While she put all my 13 items in the bag she kept yelling at me. I'm sure she did not become poor for not charging me for the bag. I like to support small businesses but I will definitely not support this place anymore. One more tip - respect is earned. You never know if someone is having a hard day. Clients are also earned. Don't drive your clients to other stores where they are respected and treated kindly.

Three days later when I come to pick up the ribbons, they were not done. They were literally cutting it in front of me and told me it cost $1 PER RIBBON TO ADD A PIN SIZE GLUE to the ribbons AND the pins to hold them were not included. That is not what I was told. I was told it comes completely done and I even pointed to some ribbons when I first came in and said, "was it going to look like this because I wanted it simple." NEVER AGAIN! Sometimes small businesses with horrible communication needs to just go out of business.

And with all of that being said, there's always usually one girl at the front who takes forever trying to help you and ring up people at the same time or they tell you they don't have the balloons you're looking for and you're forced to pick a different style. The overall experience between the wait times the poor quality and the non-existing balloon styles is just way too time consuming and stressful for something that should be very simple. Luckily after some more online research I found Metropolitan Balloon and placed my order online for just over $45. You have to pay a $60 cash deposit upon delivery, which they return as soon as you return the items. The delivery was free and exactly on-time, and pickup was only an extra $15, still way under the $100 the other company quoted me. (You can drop the items off yourself if you want to avoid the extra $15.) Shing (who I believe is the owner) was extremely courteous and professional, and the table and chairs were clean and in good condition. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a party rental for a good price.
