I went on a Saturday. You check in, sign a waiver, then put your belongings in a locker and follow the instructions on the wall to suit up. I booked the Double Trouble package, which was $89.99 + tax. It included two large electronics, two small electronics and ten plates (which were my favorite part). There's a cord to hook up your phone for music, which was a nice touch. One thing I'll say is that we overheated--the room was way too hot. With the gear on, being active, and no air circulation, it got uncomfortable fast. It's definitely something fun to do every now and then or decompress in a unique way.

Great experience! Very cathartic. Staff was helpful. Liked that we were able to take videos and play our own music in our room. Good gift idea.

This was fun place to break and smash things. Enough space and time for people to break what they want and even play the music they want on their phone. You'll have protective gear ready for you to wear so no one gets hurt. The staff are friendly, and guide you to what you need to do and where to go. If you want additional things to break, it'll cost extra.

    End of the rage session!

This place was good. I went w one of my friends and we slotted a 30 minute reservation. When you get there you check in, fill out the safety form & then gear up. You wear disposable gloves, outer gloves & a shoeless bodysuit. Please no open toe shoes!!! They had a speaker connection in the room, it wasn't that loud but it didn't seem like the noises from the surrounding rooms bled through. I enjoyed it. Rage was felt & released.

It was a really fun and needed activity for a friend of mine to do. It was so hot in both the room and the lobby, it was very uncomfortable. I paid for a 2 person package for 120, but I'd recommend going the cheapest way, because we smashed everything in less than 3 mins. So don't pay for 30 mins, it's a waste. I'd go back maybe, but def gonna look for different spots.

The price is not worth it... there were 5 of us. Our room had10-15 small plates 1 printer 1 monitor 3 keyboards And we paid for an extra 10 plates I feel like we were robbed.... Brought my Godson as a birthday gift.... The Break Bar was so much better. The staff were not hyped they were quiet. The protection given were cheap for the price paid. My godson was a bit underwhelmed but we made the best of it. but I wouldn't visit again. To purchase extra pieces were pretty pricey and they had huge cardboard bins filled with old telephones, computers and other devices..... they could have given us a few more items then it's would have been worth the price and time

I let my frustrations out in a good way and felt great after. Crazy location but it's worth it just for some fun with a friend or friends.

Had to cancel due to the flu and was charged a 40% cancellation fee even though my illness is out of my control.

The guys at the front are super chill and the place looks like somebody's messy garage where all your complex emotions can just be purged out of your body and just stay there, and I'm really here for it. We were given safety hazmat style suits and helmets with a protective mesh and ear coverings which were really useful because things do tend to fly off the walls when they're being smashed and that's on my girl ~* PhYsiCs *~.... The staff was super accommodating and gave us multiple small and big items to smash in to pieces. The landline telephones were my favorite because they are rock solid and it's SO satisfying when they finally break. The whole experience was delightful. I think we may even have stayed way over our allotted time but nobody really seemed to care, as I said this place is just super chill and the type of environment you need to unleash all your pent up anger at the world. They even have speakers that you can pair your phone with as you smash things. 10/10 highly recommend this place and I will be back again when the itch to throw hands and fight the world comes back to me!!

I'd been curious about rage rooms for a while, and after stumbling upon The Ragery while walking my…read moredog, I finally decided to check it out with a friend. We went for the $200 room, which came with one large item, one medium, one small, and a variety of plates and cups to smash. The process starts with signing waivers, storing your stuff in a locker, and suiting up with a helmet (with a face guard), gloves, and a thin jumpsuit. They also give you a wireless speaker so you can blast your own music while you rage which adds a fun personal touch. Inside the room, the rules are pretty straightforward: don't break the walls, don't hit each other, and keep communicating. You get a choice of "weapons" including bats, pipes, crowbars, a skateboard, and hammers. For about 30 minutes, we were on our own with plenty of room to let off steam and smash things to our hearts' content. Was it fun? Absolutely. Smashing stuff is as therapeutic as you'd hope. Was it worth $200? That's a tougher call. It felt a bit steep for what you get, but the experience did match what was advertised. I imagine you could find similar rooms for less money outside of Manhattan, but this is New York; just about everything is pricier here, even breaking stuff. Overall, I had a blast, but if you're on a budget, keep in mind that the cost is definitely part of the thrill in this city.

Our instructor, Martin, was funny, informative, and insightful. I learned more about archery in those first 15 minutes than I had in my entire life. He was very directive about what was important to employ in terms of technique, things to look out for (like when retrieving your arrow or if you happen to drop one, and your quill could accidentally become a hazard), and where to keep focus. I think my target speaks volumes for how well they make sure you understand what you're doing. I only wish that I could have taken more pictures and video, but it wasn't clear whether or not we could, and I didn't want to introduce a potential hazard (to them or myself). Great experience. Would love to go back!

Skyscape is a really engaging and a well designed experience. Theres a lot to see and do, with interactive spy style missions that kept both me and my son entertained the entire time! My son was completely locked in the whole time and I was right there pretending I definitely understood the instructions on the first try. It's mostly a hands on experience, you're not just walking through exhibits, you're actually participating, solving challenges and learning as you go. Even better, it didn't feel crowded, which made it comfortable to move through at our own pace. We were able to go back and redo some of the exhibits we enjoyed, which made the experience even more fun the second (and third) time around. Overall, a great mix of entertainment and learning, especially for kids but enjoyable for adults too. 10/10. My son loved every second. I loved pretending I knew what was going on.

The museum itself is very creative and interactive, and the spy-themed activities are fun and engaging, especially for students and groups. The idea behind the exhibits is fantastic, and when the activities work properly, they are exciting and memorable. However, during our visit there was a very large group present, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Several of the interactive stations were not working. The phone activity was not functioning at all, and most of the lie detector stations were broken, with only two available for use. This created long wait times and limited opportunities to participate. Additionally, we found the staff interactions to be disappointing. Some staff members spoke to adults in a way that felt condescending, almost as if they were addressing children, which was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. SPYSCAPE has a lot of potential and truly is a unique attraction, but maintaining the equipment and ensuring respectful, professional customer service would make a significant difference. With those improvements, it could easily be an outstanding experience.
