This is a Fun place for the family. I was invited to a kids party and myself, my husband, my 1.5 and 3.5 year old children enjoyed it! This was our first time here and plan to be back, God willing.

My son loves Piano - A boy wearing a face mask and a green jacket is seated at an arcade game console in Xplore Commack, an indoor family entertainment center. The background features colorful arcade machines, including a large prize or game machine with bright lights and cartoon characters. The environment is vibrant with neon lighting and gaming-themed decor, indicating a lively entertainment setting for children and families.

It was great. The staff and the ambiance. Everything seemed to bring out the joy and the jubilance from everyone it seems to enter Xplore. I had an awesome time, one which I will not forget anytime soon, nor do my boys who has another favorite places to visit and have amazing experience with other kids. The staff was polite and professional, thanks to their relentless leadership from their GM, she made my time there extremely enjoyable and safe. There is so many fear in this world now, perhaps places like this one can remind us that we can all be united and find happiness in simplest moments. I count the days that I walk back into Xplore, chasing after my sons. P.S. LaserTag is an unforgettable experience that you will make you feeling like a that little kid you once were. Thank you everyone at Xplore. Keep being great.

Everything is haphazardly taped together. Or not. - The image shows a close-up of a damaged section of a tent or inflatable structure, with fabric layers peeling away and exposing foam insulation underneath. The fabric appears to be made of synthetic material, with some areas torn or frayed. The foam layer beneath is yellowish, and the fabric layers include black, silver, and colored sections. The damage reveals the internal construction and the peeling edges of the fabric layers.

Xplore (both locations) and Safari have always been our go-to for open play and birthday parties for our children for years. Commack was always the easiest to manage with multiple children due to its layout, so was always a first choice for play dates. Unfortunately, unlike Port Jeff and Safari, the Commack Xplore has taken a turn for the worse. Even though the prices were increased, the equipment and staff leave much to be desired. So much of the equipment is damaged or missing, all of the upgrades made are for activities that require additional payment, and the front desk staff is very unfriendly. It's such a difference from their other locations, and SO disappointing! It makes such little sense that I'm paying $49.97 for two kids without a sibling discount. When asked what was included in the price other than the 3 inflatables and jungle gym, I was told the price increase includes laser tag, which you have to be 6 or older to partake (only one of my kids). The brand new go karts, the video arcade and virtual games are not included. If the prices were increased for just open play, then it should be reflected in the quality of the back open play area. It's a shame because the staff at Port Jeff, as well as their equipment and what's included (rock wall, zip lining, etc) is incredible. This will no longer be my recommendation to playgroups or friends.

My friends and I had a blast here! As we left the building, I commented on how my face hurt from smiling and laughing so much. So thanks to Lazerland for that! We were a group of 9 that started playing Lazer Tag around 12 PM on a Sunday afternoon. I definitely recommend going early if you can- as there was way less people, and the first two games were played by just our group. We payed $21 for 3 games which is a pretty good deal. The room is two levels with fun electronic music playing. A gun I had in the second game didn't work- which they let me swap out for in the middle of the game. They also gave us the option to play teams or "free for all" when we went in. Overall game play was very fun! Lazerland also has some arcade games, a prize center, and laser beam room. What they lack is an area for hot food- not a huge minus. They do sell small snacks like chips and candy. We thought about playing dogeball but got a weird price quote from the girl working the counter. ($25 for unlimited laser tag and dodgeball? But we just payed $21 for 3 laser tag games.) And despite the Free Play times overlapping with the private parties, causing some delays- we will definitely be back. Lazerland is a great value and a super fun facility!

Yes, I was in a Laser Tag battle with nine year olds that kicked my butt. This is a tag game played with guns which fire infrared beams. The Infrared-sensitive targets are worn by each player and are integrated within the arena in which the game is played. Each Laser gun has a name associated with your score. When you exit the arena you can find your score at this arena on the upper score board and they also provide you with a print out. I had the highest hits against me and the lowest score. That will be the last time I challenge nine year olds. Next time I will challenge a group of senior citizens. I believe Laser tag can be played by all ages. When you compare it to paintball, laser tag is painless and for me, that is the only way I will avoid being carried out of the arena.

The image shows a claw machine filled with plush toys, including characters like Batman, Wonder Woman, and other cartoon figures, as well as food-themed plush toys such as burgers, fries, and ice cream cones. The toys are arranged on multiple shelves inside a glass enclosure, illuminated by bright LED lights, with some toys partially visible at the bottom of the image. The setting appears to be an arcade or family entertainment center.

We had visited or researched all of Long Island's laser tag facilities and found Lazerland of LI to be the best, by far.

What an excellent venue. My friends engagement party was held here and things could not have gone…read moreany better. The staff was extremely accommodating to any requests we had. Rob and Lauren, along with the bartenders, wait staff, and the entire crew were professional and dedicated throughout the entire event! From planning to the day of everyone involved showed genuine care and concern for our party going exactly how we wanted. The food was served hot, delicious, and we received many compliments on it from our guests! We had an open bar for this event which everyone really enjoyed. We hired a Dj for this event and everyone had a great time out on the dance floor. Asking the staff to set up the tables how we wanted along with decor was no problem at all. The venue is just beautiful!! The main entrance is elegant and gives a WOW feeling to your guests as they arrive. The catering hall/party room has a fire place, bar area, tables set up with modern fancy chairs, and then leads to the indoor patio filled with windows for a beautiful view. It was nice having access to the bridal suite to get ready and store some items in during the party as well. They even had a wood photo back drop ready for us! We brought along some of our own decorations to make it unique to us, like a banner, florals, and seashells to fit our theme. You have so much room for creativity and personalization at this venue! For a party in warm weather the outside is just as pretty. There is a gazebo, perfect for photo opportunities. The grass is well kept and gives a stunning view for enjoying cocktail hour outside. This venue is perfect for a wedding, sweet 16, retirement party, christening, bar-mitzvah, or any event you can think of. Very affordable as well. I don't think you can beat this price with any other venue that is as wonderful as this one. Just give them a call and Rob will certainly help you plan your event so it meets all of your expectations!

Our son had his wedding at the Essex Club in Brentwood on Oct 23, pandemic delayed. To say the…read moreevent was fantastic would be an understatement. The food was excellent and the overall service was beyond our expectations, as were the decorations. Our guests were very impressed and many commented that the wedding was "The best they had been to in a very long time". The team at this location were very attentive to all our needs and made our guests feel very comfortable. Highly recommend the Essex Club if you have catering needs for a wedding or any other event.
