The place honestly hasn't changed all that much over the years, but it still looks really good. You can tell they do ongoing maintenance because it doesn't have that run down feeling that some mini golf places can get. My kids absolutely loved it. Mini golf can be a little boring for younger kids, but the glow lights, statues, and different obstacles made the whole experience much more interesting for them. They were having a great time and definitely want to go back. The course could use a little more variety, though. Some of the holes are pretty straightforward, and I think adding a few trickier obstacles or making each hole a little more unique would make it even better. That said, it was a great beginner experience for my kids and a good way to get them interested in mini golf. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and even the bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. We also spent some time in the arcade, and the kids really enjoyed that too. The games are probably a little expensive per play compared to some other arcades, but everything was working, clean, and the games and machines seemed pretty up to date. We used a Groupon, which helped save some money. I did notice there were actually some better deals advertised on the Monster Mini Golf website if you use a promo code, but unfortunately we tried multiple times and couldn't get the code to work. Overall, we had a really good time. It's not the most challenging mini golf course out there, but for younger kids, the theme and atmosphere make it a lot more fun than a basic course. My kids had a blast, which is really what matters.

The kids all played with the beef guns in the room for a while and then took a water break, went back to the nerf guns and came back out to eat pizza and cake. Then they had about another 45 mins to play glow in the dark dodge ball. There's 1 restroom here but it's a decent size with a changing table. Party was private, had the whole place to ourselves. Only thing we had to bring from home was the cake/candles. We chose to bring some decorations as well. The referees interacted with the kids the whole time and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job! The party hostess was attentive and on top of everything! They encouraged the parents to join the kids and get involved. The kids ran around like crazies and played HARD for 2.5 hours. All of the kids (and some parents) had the best time! You have the option of sitting on a small couch or sitting on high chairs that are facing the play space. The nicest thing about this place is that they offer drinks! Which is amazing because as the little ones play, you can enjoy a nice iced/hot latte or matcha! Something that I also appreciated about this place is that it looks very clean and well kept. You are able to book your play session online and it's ~1.5 hours and then they sanitize the entire space prior to allowing the next group to come in. They offer daily prices as well as monthly subscription and they also have party rates as well. Play a La Mode is great for playdates, birthday parties or just open play. It's a open space which resembles a little town of different stores fronts where your child's imagination can just run wild. They will never get bored because each store/ play area has something to offer. The gym, grocery store, the kitchen, post office, camp fire and that's to just name a few. It's a cute spot for younger kids as there's two little bounce houses and plenty of toys up front. There was also a hoop in the back for older kids but I would still say this facility is more for younger kids like 5 years old and under. There were kid sized tables as well as adult sized tables in the front which was nice so you could sit if you wanted. There were also benches by the bounce houses which the adults utilized. I'm assuming this setup is just for parties and not for open play/classes. The two hosts for the party who I'm assuming we're the owners were very friendly and approachable. The kids and adults both had pizza and the drink options were apple juice and sodas. I know there was a bathroom in the back which I did not utilize. At the end of the party, there was a little play dough type St. Patrick's theme goody bag (which my toddler loved) and water bottle given out. All of the kids at the party looked like they had a great time. Mine was very upset when the party was over and time to go home. The price was the best I have found in Suffolk county 2 hours for 10 kids and they shut the place down to the public which is huge for me because I have two kids under 5 and it's just safer not having outsiders there. The adults felt like they could relax because the place is big but not so big that you can let your kid go wild on the bounce houses without being right there you can see them. I had my daughter's 11th Birthday party here and I would have to say it was probably the best one ever. I had originally 10 guests coming and the day of the party of course we had two cancellations and I for sure thought I was going to have to pay for them so I wasn't even going to ask but they actually told me they were only going to charge me for the number of kids there. That never happens. I was very grateful. For a party they include personalized invitations that were awesome. The party room was fully decked out with party decorations they provide 2 slices of pizza,varieties of drinks and cake and all the paper products . If your kid is like mine and won't eat cake they will take off a few more dollars. They invite you to watch on the monitors to see how it's going and keep you posted if you like. The professionalism of the staff is stellar. I really can't say enough things or maybe I can.
