The Laser Tag Execution was absolutely atrocious. Half the guns were broken. Also in the game play, you just keep dying and someone will just follow the same person and it is just to hard to escape. Point is, the laser tag wasn't good. But, they said that they were sorry and gave us free gummy worms and the food and arcade were really good. read more

I've loved this place, and have been going there since forever. Its been a long period of time last visit, so I decided to go again. It had smelt like vomit when I had walked in. Nobody did vomit, but it was unclean and dirty. It was hot and humid, no air condition. Its time they get new rugs and change them. The rugs smelled awful. When the kids vomit, they need to make sure to clean it well and get rid of the smell. That's the last time I'm going. It was unclean and smelly. I always thought of this place clean, but now its just another chuck e cheese to me. read more

This place is horrendous. I've brought my kids here twice now and the experience was abysmal both times!!! I would advise anyone never to go to this filthy facility. The management is non-existent especially the one night where the manager Morgan I believe her name was gave us no assistant whatsoever because she decided her phone was more important . My sister had her sons birthday here and all the utensils were filthy. This place needs to get there act together and place more control otherwise they'll be facing some heavy lawsuits. We held a 50th birthday party here for my wife and one of her best friends this past October. (I know...pretty silly way to celebrate a 50th; but it was their idea, I swear!) With the super-attentive help of owners, Caroline and Brian, and manager Morgan, we planned this puppy beautifully. They worked to make sure that every facet of the event went smoothly and that all of our guests had a great time. We had visited or researched all of Long Island's laser tag facilities and found Lazerland of LI to be the best, by far. The laser tag room is quite large and has two stories; so even a large group can fan out, plan strategy and maneuver freely. Guests also enjoyed the Mission:Impossible-style laser room, the dodgeball courts and the variety of arcade games. The facility is spacious and sprawling, and our guests were spread out throughout the place all night; but the staff covered our party beautifully, making sure that everyone was having a good time, no matter which games they were playing. The "dining" room was more than ample and worked out excellently. We even had a few special requests, including putting up personally-selected decorations and setting up a DVD viewing for birthday greetings from family and friends who could not attend; and Caroline, Brian and Morgan made all the details work out perfectly. I have read some of the concerns in other reviews here; and all I can say is that in any children's entertainment venue - especially on busy weekends with hundreds of pre-teens and teens running around and doing their thing as active, excited kids - messes can happen, and I can see how it could be a challenge for the staff to keep up during the day between open sessions and parties. However, we found the place neat, orderly, pleasant and at least as clean as one should expect from what is essentially a kids' hangout. Not to be dismissive of someone else's less-than-ideal experience - and every place of business can have a challenging moment, hour or day; but we had nothing but positives throughout, from the first contact and meeting, through the planning phase, right up to the end of the party. Arena size was large, there are 2 levels, but the upstairs arena is small. The arcade had basketball hoops which was pretty fun (my ball got stuck sometimes) and the cost for the games were cheap but the other game attractions were wack. I paid $63.00 to play with my two little cousins and I immediately regret playing after the second round for two reasons. Playing with strangers is THEEE WORST thing, like I enjoyed it but my two cousins were bothered on how sweaty and try hard they went. Go with a large group to avoid something like this. Second reason, if your going to spend $60+ dollars on up to 45 min of laser tagging... yeah that's not really worth it. These kids asked my cousins and I after a match if we could play dodgeball, one of staff members said we couldn't and I asked how much is it, he said "$20 per person".... NOOOOO WAYYYY, I paid 63 bucks and y'all can't even let me play dodgeball too. Lower the price for that, such a turn off. Ultimately my cousins and I did have fun, there was nothing unique and special about the experience. If you like laser tagging, you'll have fun but there was nothing memorable and exhilarating. read more

This place was an absolute disaster. The staff was rude and disrespectful. My experience was completely ruined by the staff at the red dodgeball court. One of the staff members wearing a neon green shirt was being horrible to the kids. Both staff members were not watching the game and called out random rulings on who was out and in. Multiple times kids didn't get out when they should have or other kids got out when they didn't even get hit. The staff member wearing the green shirt without glasses made snide remarks about kids and even threw a ball at a kid. The unprofessional nature of the staff members has left me completely disgusted at this place. read more

I had a nice time. Kids and my husband loved playing dodgeball, but I enjoyed the laser tag. Overpriced, but when I came in they have a promotion; $20 a person unlimited games of laser tag and dodgeball. Place is clean, but understaffed. Overall we all had a good time. read more

We took 8 kids here ages 13-14 on Saturday. I didn't realize that the open play dodgeball was for after 7 and they had their heart set on playing. There were parties going on but they fit us in for a half hour time slot for no charge! The staff was very nice and patient with them. They had a great time. Thank you! read more

We had a great birthday party for our son at Lazerland! I don't know who had a better time--the kids or the parents. All we did was bring the party favors. They handled the pizza, drinks, and the cake. The kids enjoyed the arcade after all the tag and food. I wouldn't hesitate having your party here. read more

I want to say I searched the internet for a great place for a Lazer tag party. I have booked 2 in the past fews years for both my children at different locations. I saw the rating was great for this one. Very clean, perfect staff Samantha and I think the other staff member name was Josh ( not sure ) they hosted my sons party. They were great such outstanding teenagers. The place very roomy, and the party rooms outstanding. They really know how to organize everything. All the parents complimented the rooms, and the fun the kids/parents had. The cleanliness and the staff members were noticed and great job. Other parents plan to have future birthday parties there. The parking plenty of space and easy location to get to. One more thing we have a young family member who is physically challenged, and the staff accommodated him so well and there was plenty of room for him to move around. Outstanding place. Just had my son's 8th birthday party here and it was awesome!! The place is clean and the staff was great! The kids played 2 games of lasertag and not only did the kids love it but the parents that played loved it too!! Our party host was wonderful and attentive. After having parties at many places on LI this one is now at the top of my list. I was looking for something other than the bouncy parties and this was perfect! I would absolutely have another party here or even go back for the open play!! read more

I recently attended a birthday party for my son's friend and have to say the place and party was phenomenal!! I have been to many children's parties and this was one of the best experiences!! My 8 year old has special needs and is very shy around others-I almost didn't bring him to the party because of his anxiety and shyness but your staff got him in the arena and made him feel special- extra compliments to the boys who were there refereeing - i think their names were Matt and Nick since I asked another staff member there- Matt joked around with him and convinced him to play (which I couldn't do!) and he actually came out smiling!!! Kudos to your staff to going over and beyond their jobs and making my son feel special !!! I will definitely be coming back to this place and my son is asking to go when Matt and Nick are there!!! My son had his birthday party at Lazerland last weekend. Everyone had a great time. Our party host Hannah was great, always around when needed. I did not play laser tag but some of our adults did since it was included in the party package. They all seemed to have as much fun as the kids. My only complaint is that it was pretty expensive based on party locations we're been to in the past. But I guess in retrospect it was worth it since everyone had fun. read more
