Ordered by phone while looking on their chownow menu. When I picked up, prices were 1-2$ different. Add tax. My 12$ double dog bare basket that I saw online. In person they charged me 14$, plus tax it is 15.21. Now the basket I ordered taryn and classic hotdog. It suppose to come with fries. And the classic suppose to come with ketchup, mustard, relish, diced onion. According to the online menu.... Instead the order came with chips. And the classic is just a bare hotdog.... Weird place. I guess maybe as a party venue, but...? We were all there on a new promotional night; The management has begun karaoke night on the first Friday of each month. The place was packed, and I'd imagine they don't have this very often because the bar area is still very small. Sadly, I think they missed out on serving a lot of food and a lot more drinks. The place was unprepared for the kind of crowd that they received. Meanwhile, The enormous ballroom area was empty, three TVs mounted on the wall blaring to no one. And even the play simulator area, which is itself quite large, was also empty. This gem hidden in the middle of the Hauppague Industrial Park is well worth checking out. Simulators are new and offer a variety of options. It has options for other sports but our group did golf only. They offer a wide variety of food & drink choices ( they also have a party venue) good for a Sweet 16, Corporate meeting, etc...we chose the VIP simulator which offered us private bar/ couches and seclusion from the rest of the patrons. Even had a big screen in it . Finally the staff was very accommodating to almost any request. Look forward to going back and would highly recommend. read more

IThis place is worth the hype. Groupon got me here, but the experience will keep me coming back! Purchased a Groupon ($45 for one hour of simulation play and two drinks). Showed up on a Saturday (apparently manager reports that Groupon is not honored on weekends with no small print stating such rule, but he agreed he will allow it for today) The place has at least 6 main simulation screens and two VIP rooms with a simulation screen, table, tiny kitchenette and alot of space. When we walked in all 6 simulation screens were taken with all golf enthusiasts. At first, Eric, the gentleman at the front desk tells me that the next available screen would be in one hour. But maybe after the manager cleared it, we were able to use one of the two VIP rooms. The multi sports options were endless: baseball, soccer, football, basketball, dodgeball, carnival, rugby, hockey, etc were all available. Clean equipment and room, huge sized screens, touchscreen to navigate choices, and even a light dimmer! The hour passed by way too quickly, had an amazing time, great laughs and extremely engaging and interactive regardless of your sports skill set. Eric was extremely helpful and attentive. Going to Simplay we were a little apprehensive and didn't know what to expect. What we discovered.. 1. Wear athletic clothing and sneakers, you'll be doing a bit of jumping around and working up a sweat (that being said, if you are lazy or don't plan on being an avid participator you can wear whatever you'd like) 2. Don't choose golf (unless you LOVE golf) because you'll be playing the same game the entire time. If you choose "other sports" you can play football, soccer, baseball...carnival games and zombie dodgeball (our favorite). 3. The staff is super helpful. Our host, Dan, gave us a great tutorial and checked up on us every so often to make sure things were running smoothly. The manager also gave us a pizza on the house, which was really nice (but has no bearing on my review which would have already been a good one). I would definitely recommend a trip here. My family and a few friends were looking for something different to do. We've never heard of Simplay but glad we tried it!! We called the night before (a Friday) with questions, and the man on the other end was very nice and gave us lots of information. We booked right after. The 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 children, age 11-16 went on a Saturday around 4:30, and then stayed and had dinner. We all really enjoyed ourselves! The SimPlay experience was awesome. After we played, we ate at Dang BBQ. The food was amazing! Everything was fresh, and it tasted like a home cooked meal. I usually don't eat every last bite, but I did.. Our server was polite and always fit us what we needed - he was awesome. We always had a fresh drink. However, we didn't realize that they don't offer free refills, and spent $40+ on non alcoholic drinks! (That's the only thing I wish they would offer - free refills) The place was immaculate, including the bathrooms. We checked out the banquet hall, which looked pretty nice too! All employees were super helpful, always asked if we needed anything and were very nice. Politeness is always a plus in today's world. It's definitely something fun to do in the winter when you get cabin fever! The place is definitely worth the hype. Please give them a try!! You won't regret it! read more

You can play simulator games of hockey, golf, etc. There's a guy named Joseph there who was extremely helpful and so strong! He carried my large equipment in and out of the place all by himself. I was just made aware of a Groupon purchase made on my Groupon Account with Simplay. I contacted Groupon and told them this purchase would be impossible for me to make as I am an elder gentleman who would not be able to utilize this Simplay purchase. After 6-8 discussions with Groupon they refuse to even provide me with a credit for this activity. They told me that Simplay does not allow Groupon to make any changes to a purchase regardless of reason. They told me I am stuck with this "purchase" and do not contact them further to discuss as issues is closed. I suggest nobody ever deal with Simplay due to their restrictive contract language whereby all Groupon Simplay purchases are worthless. read more

Fabulous!!! We do a cousins day every year. It's a party of 40 ranging in ages from 4-70. This was the perfect place for all ages! We all had a ball, even the older folks. We had such a blast here! My 13 year old son loves golf and was able to choose from courses around the world to "play" on. We also played Zombie dodgeball, carnival games, and a home rub derby. Went here with friends tonight to play virtual reality golf, baseball, football, and hockey. They have great bar to table service and reasonably priced. There also was karaoke in the next room that seemed fun and a speed dating event in the private area. The Space is much bigger than I originally expected. If they served food later (kitchen closes at 7) we would have also ate there. All and all, I would definitely go back for something fun to do when I'm bored! read more

People Adults this place ism a must go to. Where else can you play a round of virtual golf with your own clubs, bar service and music? The only downside is the food. We have been here a few times and the food is meh so dont go hungry. The best in the menu is wings but make sure you ask for crispy. The sliders are not bad either. A pretzel is a pretzel. The pizza well please remove it and get something else because frozen pieces of cardboard ackkkk...Now onto the venue, the bar area is really nice get there early to have a drink. Good time. I think our simulator could of been better. 1:5 shots had to be re done because it didn't sense the ball. And any chips had to be high or it didn't see it. It's mainly advertised on google as an "indoor golf course" but it's a lot more than golf.
