This place is literally falling apart. It looks like it's being held together with duct tape (it actually is in many parts), and the overall cleanliness is awful--filthy floors, worn equipment, and zero sense that anyone takes pride in the facility. The employees clearly do not care. There was no urgency, no customer service, and no accountability. To make matters worse, they refused to honor a free VIP pass that was given to me by a manager, which is completely unacceptable. The check-in process was horrendous--slow, disorganized, and frustrating from start to finish. No explanation, no effort to help, just indifference. There is absolutely no reason to come back here. Poor condition, poor service, and poor management all around. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Yes I'll take the fault for forgetting my water bottles, so two water bottles and a corndog $30. Came here for the jumping and spring boards. Those are closed.. You can just imagine how packed the one spring board is and not not supposed to be age-appropriate, but because everything else is closed they're all on one board I did notice a sign underneath one of the papers that was covering the front desk that the main attractions were closed. Didn't see that until after we paid. After our grandson was super excited to be here, so what is a grandparent to doyou come in and deal. They have 90mins for the 35$ which is enough time for ppl to play and give time for other ppl to have fun. The unlimited plan is amazing for weekdays not weekend. I came here to celebrate my son's birthday with a few of his friends. I didn't buy the party package since it was only a handful of friends so I purchased day passes and socks. The young man at the cashier was very friendly and made the process very easy. The park itself is not that big, there are several stations to jump, play dodgeball, obstacle course and ball pit. It was a bit dirty in the seating area for parents with food and garbage on the floor. My son said he didn't get to enjoy the dodgeball station since they had to wait a long line for their turn and ended up only being able to play for less than 5 minutes. I only give a one, because kids had a blast-but I hated the place and will NEVER go back. We went for a party and parties stink here!! Once you get your wrist band, it is a free for all! I prefer parties where the kids stick together and they are guided from one activity to another. The kids for the party kept getting separated, so we spent half of the time trying to find people. Also do not expect any attractions to be less crowded for the party! The 4 and 5 year olds at this party were trying to jump on the trampolines and bigs kids would plow them over or start jumping next to them-my daughter got flung through the air and hurt because of the bigger kids. Its like you are competing with the regular customers for space...they definitely DO NOT limit the amount of people in on the party days. And the workers stink!!!! Most were on their phones-even my six year old noticed. I was trying to figure out if my daughter was tall enough for something and one worker said "I dont know" another said "they have to be as tall as this gate" and a third said "they have to be five"...so I still never figured out if she could go!! And many of the attractions are not monitored at all!! The wall the kids could "run up" is a death trap. I watched several kids get plowed over and another kid climb up to the top and was scared to come down the firemans pole. The poor kid was sitting on the top crying the mom didnt know how to get her down. No one is watching lines! Kids just shove to the front and bully the little ones. And dirty!!!! I literally bathed my kids in sanitizer as we were going throughout the party. Everything was sticky, wet and covered in garbage. And God forbid you want anything from concession stand! Do not go to this place. Me and my best friends came for a birthday party and I almost broke my thumb on the orange slides. my thumb is still in pain 5 days later. Also, me and my friends have severe neck pain after our stay. Not to mention you can only go on one attraction at a time is someone is working the zip line, you can't go on the slides. Just had my son's 12th birthday party. Was a little nervous because of the mixed reviews but he and all his friends had a great time. Arrived early as directed and we were checked in quickly. Our party host Angie was so friendly and helpful. Place itself was busy but not overcrowded. The equipment was generally clean and in good shape. There were employees at each attraction. Had a party table which was nice for the kids to relax and have a drink between jumping. The pizza was ok, but honestly better than I expected. Bathrooms definitely needed a little more attention. Came here for my nephews birthday celebration it has a parking lot in the front and also in the back. Upon arrival there is a waiver station however you are able to do one online before you get in. I tried to do mine online however it did not go through so I went and did it inside. After you check in you see someone at the desk and they assist you with a wrist band and sticker to go i the play area. They have lockers to put your stuff away if needed an arcade area where you do need a card however not all the games get you prizes. The booth to get prizes is right across and they have a few things available for the kids to choose from. You can also keep your card for next time and use it again if you would like to. They play areas have different options some are strictly jumping, while some have balls for dodge ball which is lots of fun. They even have a few hoops to jump and throw like basketball. They do have a dots ice cream which was cool and a booth that have some food and drinks available for purchase. The workers are nice for the most part most of the are young however we did run into one that was very rude to the kids in the jumping area and he had to get spoken to. read more

So I took my son and 10 of his friends here last month for his birthday. I have to say it was a good time. I paid for all 11 kids on my credit card, as expected. No one month later the place billed me automatically for 11 memberships totaling $360 a month. I have emailed and the email is NO LONGER ACTIVE. I called and wrote corporate and was told to get in touch with the local office. I called and contacted 3x so far with NO RESPONSE except and auto reply. This is fraud for sure. read more

Jason he did a great job getting us our pizza in almost 4 minutes and still being hot. Some are not as nice and fun but that's ok. Visit Date: January 1, 2020 First review of 2020! I decided to take my son here because we wanted something to do and needed a break from the house, I have to get out at least once a day if I can if I'm not going to work. I was looking around at the usual play spots I take him to but most seemed to be closed on New Year's Day except for the trampoline places. I opted for sky zone over bounce in Syosset but next time I want a trampoline place I'm going to try bounce. This place was a little confusing. I came in alone with my 3 year old so I left my purse in the trunk and just had our accident bag with some snacks and drinks, my wallet and my cell phone. He just started potty training so now instead of diapers we have an accident bag with a change of clothes, wipes and ziploc bags for soiled clothes. There's also some wee wee pads too for the booster seat even though I've been risking it and sitting him in the booster seat with no wee wee pads. Anyway I found the register and than was directed to the computers to fill out an electronic waiver form. So I had to juggle keeping the 3 year old close to me while trying to fill out this form. I'm a working mom, I do spend a lot of time with my son but when I'm alone with him without my husband's help it's challenging sometimes, I don't have the talents of stay at home moms that are used to juggling errands and kids at the same time since I tend to get most of my errands done online or before or after work real quick on the days I don't have to drop off or pick up my son from my sister's house. So enough about my challenges with a 3 year old by myself lol. After I signed the waiver I went back to the register bought socks and two hours of trampoline time. I had a sticker and my son had a sticker so they could tell I was going with him onto the trampolines. Once we were settled and I left my shoes and our other socks on a bleacher we explored a little. My son enjoyed jumping on the trampolines. We didn't realize we had to go to a special toddler section at first but once we realized we went there. When we went off the trampolines my son wanted to play the game vending machines. I am a sucker, the vending machine owners make money off moms like me so I let my son play them. He got upset because he couldn't win a ball and we had the first tantrum of 2020, I was beginning not to like sky zone all that much. One of the employees suggested I get him ice cream to cheer him up, I would if DISTRACTION worked for me to end a tantrum. After he had his tantrum we jumped some more and than he wanted to cuddle with me. I could tell he was getting tired and I was able to take him out of sky zone without a fight after he cuddled up on me and fell asleep. Overall sky zone was okay. As for the bouncy factor for adults I wouldn't advise it all that much. Currently I'm 160 lbs working my way back to 150 after seeing my nutritionist again. 150 might be a heavier weight for many women but for me and my curvy body type it's a good weight to be at. So I tried bouncing with my son at one point and saw it wasn't a good idea which was disappointing because even though I'm a few years away from being 40 I like bouncing too. I stopped drinking, bouncing on a trampoline is a healthy way for me to have some fun. What can I say. So I may come back here again but I also wasn't overly thrilled so I'm not so sure about that. read more

Unsafe and deceptive/dishonest business practices. The giant slide is going to seriously hurt somebody one of these days. Both my kids hurt themselves after doing it and we saw other smaller kids have similar reactions... Do not sign up for membership here! They push it at the front as a cheaper alternative to the day pass. We then canceled our membership before the initial month was up and had no intention for returning for a second month due to the start of the school year, but they charged our credit card anyway. On November 13, my daughter Hannan hired the place to throw a party for my 4-year-old grandson, the party was supposed to start at 2 pm and they only allowed them to decorate the room at 2:45, they paid $275.oo dollars and we were only allowed to use the lounge for 1:45 minutes. They never talked about this. In addition, the place is run by irresponsible young people who spend their time playing around the entrance without monitoring what happens inside. That day there was a group of at least 15 young people who ran through all the courts regardless of the fact that there were small children, they almost gave my grandson a hard time with their games and since the other young people who manage them also played, nobody noticed. Pandemonium!!! A lot of activities to partake in, for children of all ages. You should know what it is when you come to a party at Sky Zone. Ain't no order, nothing calm about the experience, but you'll leave with tired children when you do finally leave. They dimmed the lights at 6 something, and keeping up with my sons after that was not happening. This place is run terribly! The workers are all young kids, using their cell phones, chatting with each other and not paying attention to the safety of the kids playing. People cutting and squeezing in and no direction from the workers. I saw multiple injuries occur and the workers were clueless and just told you to get ice, didn't have someone bring it to you, or go get it for you. Way over crowded, and dirty. This place is huge which explains the amount of staff they have on the floor and the zillion rules they have. I totally understand why since I could see how accidents can happen. I was there for two hours and saw two people needing help. Like I said earlier, the space is pretty big. There were a few areas that were closed off due to parties going on so we were limited to the large area towards the back wall, the basketball area for like 5 min and the foam jumping pit. We were only in the jumping pit for about 10 minutes and were told we had to get out because a mob of children came from one of the parties. When we went over to the larger area, we were turned back because we had socks from "their competitor" as per the staff so we had to swap socks for Sky Zone ones. Besides the fact we paid for 2 hours and couldn't really enjoy much of the park because much of it was closed off, the lockers they have took our money because they dont give change and they don't accept debit or credit. The manager says they don't own the machines therefore they cannot give us our change. At the end of it all the children had fun and that's all that matters. Next time we'll avoid going on weekends if we can. read more

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! First visit a year ago at this location was filled with laughter, excitement and things to do. With success at the arcade and a nice clean environment it made me excited to come back for another visit. Fast forward a year later, the first thing we noticed is only one staff member in sight and trash everywhere. Smooth check in but as soon as we got into the main area it went down hill. Over half of the attractions they had to offer are closed or have been removed. The main bounce area is half the size it once was and everything is over crowded and unorganized. Some areas didn't even have an employee working. Total chaos. Gave up on bouncing and went to the arcade. We soon came to the conclusion that all the cranes appear to be rigged resulting in no prizes. Ended up leaving before our bounce time was up. It's a bit of a drive from queens especially during rush hour but once you get past exit 40 on the LIE it's pretty smooth sailing. The road leading here takes you across an active and functioning train track. My kids were intrigued by the alarm bells as the divider came down...tsk tsk. The location is situated in a corporate area and the surrounding buildings were closed with lights off as were the roads leading up to sky zone. Streets were dark and poorly lit. We came here today as part of a group celebrating a friends' birthday party. It was sooo so crowded as people geared up for their Friday night glow party from 7-11pm. Children under 18 must have parents sign a waiver on the kiosks and each participant is provided a pair of glow socks, a wristband and a sticker label with the scheduled bounce session. The crowd was so eager and excited to play. They have sections divided by age group but I did not observe anyone enforcing this rule. There is a toddler section with teenage kids bouncing. No one got hurt from our group thank God but it's pretty crazy and disorganized. They do have adequate staff but they are busy on their phones. The snack bar was clean and serve hotdogs, pretzels, pizza and drinks which included 3 flavors of icee. There is also a pretty cool area with a dj and light strobes. The kids had a ton of fun, and the place is clean. Many people were running in and out of bounce zones disregarding age group and plenty of pushing and line cutting. There was no one in place to regulate and prohibit such actions so that's why one star was knocked off. Kind of a FUN mad house in that respect. read more

Walk in for a bday, to Sky Zone "TRAMPLE" Park, no idea what to do. Not to mention most of the parking is behind the building's entrance. Ask where to go for a bday, they pointed me to the back corner, asked three ppl where we go for the bday boy's check-in, three different answers, then waited on three lines. Then I get to the right person, and he asks if I checked in?? WTF? Oh, the computers in the middle are for everyone, party invitees too. Computer greedily asks for every piece of personal information, except SSN and blood type, fine, lied on most of it. Get back to the guy, and he now needs both of my kids present to put on bracelets, and by this point my two knuckleheads are running around like crazy with all the other frenzied kids and their annoyed parents. 25 minutes later!!!! ...we are checked in and somewhat sitting on bleachers waiting for now stickers to label the kids and waiting for more directions. Oh now the party guy has to put them in single file. When the heck is this party going to start? This place needs a bar. So we get to the dodgeball thing, and they only put 2/3 of the kids in at a time, and now my kid wants to PLAY ON MY IPHONE!! At a bouncie bday place? Really wtf?? So of the first hour here, there was an equal amount of waiting in lines than actual physical activity. .... Then we eventually realized we could go wherever we wanted and things got a bit better. In fact my kids eventually had a fantastic time when they were on the trampolines, the warped wall, and other fun attractions. And the food was tremendous for parents and kids. We came when school was out, thought it would be sooo much crazier than it was! So many trampolines to choose from- dodgeball, basketball, foam pit, free jump- was so worth it. They had a deal- 30 dollars for pizza and drink and entrance for the whole day! Sky Zone, I mean who doesn't love to jump on trampolines until they're super exhausted? As much as a drive this place can be from my house I have to say that I do love coming here and jumping around with my daughter. I swear I have a collection of those bright orange socks all over my house because I never remember to bring them back. This place is cool to come to if you have children and you want to tire them out. I feel like its affordable and fun for everyone. However, depending on how long you want to be here your tab could add up pretty quickly. I believe it.s about $12 to jump for 30 minutes (the socks are $2 or $3 and you get to keep them and wear them back). And as short as that seems, you'd be surprised as how tiring it is to jump around on tramps. I swear after a good 5 minutes I just want to lie down lol. They have a couple of different sections to jump in. They also have a dodgeball section and one with a basketball hoop. They have a separate section for toddlers and even a section with foam that you can jump into and struggle to get out lol. They have lockers you can borrow to safeguard your property. They also sell food and drinks if need be. They host birthday parties and this place is just always busy. That's the one thing that really annoys me sometimes because it can get really crowded. You can book your times online early because sometimes when you get there a lot of the times are already sold out and you have to wait. You can also sign the waiver online before you get there or even there. I love Sky Zone and I recommend it to anyone with children :) read more
