This is our go-to place for letting our kids run around to release some steam. We love it here because it is a part of a shopping center yet has its own windows looking out on one side where people can sit and eat their lunch/dinner. The cell phone reception is great here, you can make calls, receive calls and search on the website if you have any questions. We love coming here because they have some game machines that we don't have by us in Flushing. Also, the ac is comfortable here. It feels more spacious in the Hicksville location. Chuck E. Cheese in Hicksville is the best one I have been to so far and definitely deserves two thumbs up from me! We love creating happy memories here! read more

This is a good spot for kids. We used a Groupon that included a pizza, four drinks, and two arcade cards--it was a great deal! The playground and bounce area are an additional $18 per child, but keep in mind there is a 56-inch height limit. The food was okay, though the drink covers were a bit thin and kept falling off while the kids were drinking. I also noticed the prize section had much less candy than usual; there were only two options this time. The front desk service was fine, but the lady cleaning on Friday night was the real star. This is my go-to Chuck E. Cheese location. It's clean and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space between the games and tables, which makes a big difference--especially with kids running around. The pizza is consistently fresh, which is always a plus. They've also recently added a trampoline area, though it does cost extra. The main downside is the staff. Service can be slow at times and not particularly friendly. Also, weekends are very crowded, which makes it harder to enjoy the games and the overall experience. The worst Chuck E Cheese ever! I don't understand how can they have so many good reviews! The employees here are terrible! They are walking around doing nothing- only 1 person at the toys desk and 1 handling the food order, membership purchase. Had to stand on line 20 minutes to order food and then another 30 mins to purchase a toy that my son wanted. The are soooooo slow, especially the bald cashier ( sorry didn't get his name) but he seems to not care about his job, he was taking 10 minutes just entering what someone ordered, taking his sweet time with no care in the world that the line was big. Here is worse thing of all- they must be doing some kind of scam/fraud since the only credit card I used yesterday at this location, today I get a fraud charge on that same card trying to purchase a PlayStation membership for $99! I went here with my family and my brother's family and had a great time. There were 12 of us in total. We got to the place around 6:00 and spent almost 3 hours eating and gaming. Here are some of the positives that we experienced. The summer pass is great for me and made the cost of the visit much less then it would be without the pass. I was able to share the games with everyone in my family and had extras to share. The food was half price with the pass so everyone was able to eat for a little less than $40. Full price would have made the experience expensive in my opinion. The manager is really good as is a lot of the staff. There is one individual who recognized me after only one visit. He has a great energy. The food was good but my expectations weren't all that high as we go to Chuck E. Cheese for the games and not the food. The sodas were very good. Here are some things that could be improved on. There were many games that were out of service. The 2 games that take your picture and give you a sketch of it are my favorites. I was very much looking forward to hopping in the booth with my nieces and nephew for some photos but they weren't working. There were a couple of other games that weren't working so that was a bummer, but it happens. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My daughter got hurt not even a minute after being in the play area. We rushed her to urgent care and she had a concussion, swelling, bruising etc. Who in their right mind puts hard plastic handing objects in a toddler supposedly padded play area? Was supposed to get an incident report, waited 2 days and nothing. Called the location who finally told me I had to call corporate. Called corporate and they gave me a number and refused to provide a copy of the report. We visited today and due to some confusion by an employee on a previous visit, we did not realize that our Summer Pass had expired. We were told we had one more month. There is multiple sick calls today; Maurice is running around keeping the establishment running. And our 4 kids, ready to play, sad that they could not. So we decided to turn in our points and to our surprise Maurice, turns and hand me four 1.5 hour open play cards! I was shocked! The joy he provided my kids in their disappointment is priceless! As I sit here, writing this while they play, Maurice is the one man show here today! Running both counters; setting up for a birthday party, checking on broken games, following up with orders, with complete ease! And continuing to ensure the only employee by the door is okay! Came here for a birthday party for my son's classmate. He had the best time! 2 hours of unlimited play was so exciting for him. It's great that they have rides for toddlers as well as older kids. I feel I should leave two separate reviews. If you want an enjoyable time-go on a week day when they first open. We have gone several times that way, and had a very enjoyable hour!! Very quiet, in and out in about 60-90 minutes and kids have a blast!! Went to a birthday party today here-and I would NEVER recommend it ever. Party was for 3-the place was so busy and behind with the previous parties, they didn't have a table set up for our party until 3:30! So we were basically just standing around waiting for the previous parties to leave. Several of the games were broken. The place was packed!! And heaven help you if you needed any help-the workers were SO overwhelmed, it was impossible to get help. The pizzas for the party were slow to come out and some of the food that came out for the adults wasn't correct. This place is like Dave & Busters for toddlers. Had my daughters 5th bday party here . Our server was very attentative. Love the concept of getting your hand stamped; so they know before you leave the establishment you're leaving with your own kid. Parents can actually take their eyes off their kids for a few minutes or the entirety of the party. Huge plus. Got the ultimate fun package which included 2 hrs pf unlimited fun play for each of our little guests +100 additional tickets for each and 3000 tickets for the bday girl to cash in for their prizes. I'd have fenced off Chucky and gang to help prevent kids climbing on stage and damaging. Pleasantly surprised by their operation as our son's birthday party went pretty smooth. As soon as we got there, they were ready to go and it was helpful that we had one person assigned to our party who helped us with all our questions and demands. The space is pretty clean and spacious and the 3-5pm window on a Saturday was pretty empty. Regarding the food - pizza's were decent, fries could have been crispier and the cheesy bread, from what I heard, was really good. The 2 hour unlimited games were nice as well, but altogether pretty pricey for a 5-year old birthday party. However, everyone left having a blast so I guess it was a success. I came here for a kid's birthday party. This location is pretty clean and well organized. The service was good seeing how the servers gave out slices of pizza to the kids. Chucke came out and took group pictures with the kids. I was still hungry so I ordered myself a personal pan pizza that said it was six slices. We recently went for a birthday party of about 30 kids and 40 adults and although this was my first-ever trip to Chuck E's place, I thought it was pretty good for the kids (which is why you're here) but not so great for the adults who brought the kids to the event. On the bright side, kids had an unlimited wrist band for 2 hours and you basically ran from game to game letting your little one have all the fun they could stand. Also pretty packed inside on a Saturday, there was never a very long wait and if I wished I had brought a set of ear plugs for all of the noise and bells and whistles, I let the idea go for the good of the party. If your child is young and can't be on their own, don't plan on talking to any other adult at the party- there is simply too much going on to let a toddler out of your sight. Pizza was ok by New York standards and then again, realize where you are and why you're there. It's all about the kids and they seemed to like it as much as kids like anything. The place is clean and my nieces and nephew really enjoy going there. All the times we have gone it has never been very crowded and there are enough things for all the kids to play. There are two machines that are more adult driven and are usually kept busy by parents trying to earn enough points to supplement their child's rewards so they can get a few trinkets or candies. I usually wait for one to be cleared and yes I stay on that machine till the kids hour is up. Love that game! I have played just about all the machines and enjoyed myself. Food? All I have purchased is a coke or two. I go to let the kids play and enjoy themselves after which we go to their favorite pizzeria. Unlike the Hempstead & Harlem locations, this one is huge and everything is perfectly placed to have a lot of walking and of coarse running space! They have a lot of variety of games. Many games I have seen in bigger arcades. Like fruit ninja!! Lol I like that they separated the baby games and rides. So no little kids will be trampled by the bigger overly hyper kids! Gotta love Chuck E Cheese's!! I've been a fan since I was a kid and now I love bringing my son. This location has good parking and is always very clean inside. The food prices are what you'd expect from a place like this and while I wouldn't call the pizza good, it is perfect for kids. They actually have a pretty nice salad bar and it's kept clean and well stocked. I love that they have so many games that are great for a toddler. My son is 3 and there's a ton of games he can play. Chuck E Cheese shows up every hour or two and does a cute dance with the kids and then give out free tickets. We're big fans of this location!! read more

DEBRA the manager is rude and SHOULD NOT be working with kids! We live in the area and with 3 kids. Between us and the grandparents the kids come here almost once a week. I happen to give my wife a break and come here with the kids alone on a Saturday. It was super busy and crowded and I got 3 cards and 3 drinks and spent about $70 for the hour I was here. It's a local kids arcade and I'm not one to complain about the crowdedness, smell or the broken and now limited ticket counter machines that we had to wait 20 min to be able to count tickets to redeem. Let me get to the horror of dealing with Debra. I have 3 kids (2 of them are toddlers) in tow and after the excruciating wait of try to get the tickets counted I end up at the prize counter. By the look and demeanor of the lady I could tell she wasn't the nicest person. Oh was I right! she grabs my tickets and starts adding them up. I had one ripped one and said the machine didn't dispense this right and the ticket ripped. She says too late you should've mentioned it when it happened by the machine. I said whatever I don't care, I'm just trying to redeem the prizes and get home. Kids, who are kids, are trying to see what they like and she's staring and really making me uncomfortable and rushed. I had 1800 tickets and I hurriedly pick some items and I give it to my little one, whose only 2, and she doesn't like it so she threw it back (it was a small whistle). This employee, DEBRA, THEN PROCEEDS TO CHASTISE THIS BABY AND SAY DONT THROW THINGS AT ME NEXT TIME YOU WONT GET ANYTHING. Seriously?! She's 2. Whatever. I let it go. I then pick a toy car for them and she says you don't have enough. It was 299 tickets. I had 272. I said come on it's 27 tickets. She says "I can't give the store for free" and "that's why this is the highest grossing chuckie cheese around" I'm glad your proud of your manager job at chuckie cheese but you don't need to rub it in my face that it's doing so well. Maybe cause it's also the only one within 10 miles of a highly populated area lol. Anyway I said it's fine Ill pay the .27 cents difference and give her a dollar. I'm pissed at this point and I do say "it's only 27 tickets and I hope this .27 doesn't hurt the store". SHE THEN TELLS ME "WHAT IF I GIVE YOU NOTHING" and gives me back my dollar and the receipt. I told her she is rude and left. I spoke to another employee and they told me they understand and they've heard and seen her attitude before. I don't write many and I've never wrote such a long review before but I had to put DEBRA on blast. How do you work at a kids place and you're rude to kids? Hey I understand you can't give away things but that's far from that. Like I've said I've been there plenty of times and there's many times you're short a few tickets and rarely is it even an issue. How do you yell at a 2 year old? Corporate, you need to retrain your managers and staff. And this Debra, superstar manager, who must be the reason your store is doing so well also allowed a smoke bomb go off in the place since as we were leaving the place smelled heavy of fireworks and employees said they're trying to make the smell go away. Since there are no chuckie cheese around I can't say I'll never come back but I'll definitely keep it minimal. We were all happy while we were here and we will be back. The place had a good ticket / credit deal going at the time and we had more credits than we needed. That was handy because about half of the time that we used the ticket / credit card on a game, it didn't work. Either the machine wouldn't register it and wouldn't begin the game, or the machine would take our credit but the game would turn out to be broken. Very upset and disgusted. Me and my autistic son have been going to this Chuck E Cheese for 8 years. We know everybody by name and they all know my son. The manager Bill is such a great person. But Deborah, the assistant manager really hates her job. We just usually ignore it. Last week we were here and wanted to order a second pizza because my son was still hungry. They told me the kitchen was closed at 8:27, meanwhile they don't close until 9. I let that go and thought ok maybe someone called out and it was just a fluke. But today, we arrived at 8:20 just for dinner and we were turned away. They said the kitchen was closed and they couldn't help me. It is completely unacceptable to tell someone 40 minutes before you closes that they can't help me! I am a member, I have had 4 parties for my son here.
