We had my grandson's 3rd birthday celebration today. We had a wonderful time with the family. The staff were excellent; the pizzas were fresh and the kids had a blast. Thank you to the staff. You were very courteous & helpful. We'll be coming back again.

The employee had been chatting at the table where others were eating. It's really dirty. She also has a terrible attitude toward Asian face discrimination. The quality is extremely low. I'm disappointed that this happened in the happiest place for a child. The rest of the staff are very nice.

I walked into a building where bowling, pool tables, ping pong, karaoke rooms, rhythm games, claw machines, and pinball all occupy different sections of the floor, and the energy in the space was consistent from the moment I arrived. The arcade is the strongest part of the offering, and this location carries imported games from Japan that I do not find at most American arcades. That is a meaningful distinction for rhythm game players and anyone familiar with the Japanese arcade scene. The claw machines rotate prizes regularly, and the selection of plushies is good, though individual machine difficulty varies considerably and some are more winnable than others. Coming in on a weeknight meant lighter crowds and better access to machines, but it also meant some claw machines were not fully stocked, so flagging a staff member to set up a machine if what I wanted was unavailable is worth doing. The facility is large and reasonably clean, though it gets loud during peak hours and seating for adults who are not actively playing is limited. Weeknight visits offer a noticeably more relaxed version of the same space. For a group activity destination on Long Island, Round1 delivers on variety and energy, even if individual elements like claw machine consistency have their limitations.

I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he's super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. At first I was hesitant to have a summer birthday indoors at a game arcade with mostly adult guests. It was the best decision to do this. Adults had a blast, so did the few kids. I highly recommend Dave & Busters for your next event.

One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. We were allowed into the room 15 minutes before the party started to set up our decorations, including tablecloths and balloons, which made the space look great. The staff member was very nice, and we had two people assigned to help us throughout the event. The kids started with 30 minutes of supervised jumping and had a blast! Afterward, we headed to laser tag; the TVs weren't working, so we couldn't see the scores, but the kids still had a lot of fun. Then, we went to the party room for pizza. The two staff members seemed to be struggling a bit, so I offered to help out, but my guests still had a wonderful experience and no one complained. A tip was already included in the package, but we gave the staff a little extra on the side for their hard work. Once the party ended, the kids were able to stay and play in the arcade for a while. Choosing the 7:00 PM time slot was perfect because the place wasn't crowded, we practically had the whole facility to ourselves! I would definitely recommend this place for parties, especially for older kids.

I don't usually open a review like this but…read moreI'm pleased to have a great place like this close to home and I really think they do a fine job of finding friendly people to work inside. I especially like the fact that while I've never been here on a weekend day, the place is never overly crowded or hectic. Other places close by can get pretty packed and chaotic. Having said that, there are some things that could use improvement. For one, get a vacuum cleaner that can make the carpets appear clean. There is always so much lint and debris on the carpet, it seems they don't attempt to clean them. I asked one of the nice girls who work there about it and she said they do try but apparently the fabric of the carpet wont let go of the fuzz. I'd get that one figured out quick if it was my place. Not the end of the world, to be sure, but an easy fix that should be addressed. On the plus side, there is so much to keep a toddler/youngster occupied. Two hours in here and you're sure to get a good nap from your little one. Plenty of bouncy houses for jumping and climbing will get them tired and exercised. At the end of the first hour when they've been on everything at least twice, they move the cart holding your belongings to another side and there are all new adventures waiting for your little one. More bouncing and a couple of arcade-style games and a nerf cannon section. Watch for specials- you can save a few bucks when they run a multi-trip offer. I recently saw a five-trip for $25. Thats an awesome deal in anyone's book. The website clearly and easily leads you to the date and the open-play times. Easy.... super easy.... Some of their competitors can take a lesson on "ease of use" web sites from them. Overall, we will make our way back often when I get a day off from work or when the weather isn't taylor-made for out of doors activities. I just hope they can get a vacuum for the floor. Best of luck to them and we will see them again soon.

I was invited to join a birthday party and it pretty much went down hill as soon as I entered the parking lot and didn't find any parking spots. I parked out on the street as a result. The slides and the bouncy castles were ok, the kids seemed to have fun with them but that seemed to be the only thing was matched expectations. There was just one mini tandem basketball hoop that was not inflated properly that had a super soft rim. Shots kept bouncing off the soft rim as a result. At all the other Pump It Ups I've been to there was an larger sized inflated version with larger sized basketballs. This one also had a piece in the back where you three tennis balls that was supposed to have a radar gun tracking the speed of the throws against a backdrop of a catcher and hitter. The radar piece didn't work and there was only one or two tennis balls to throw. In the second room, there was a soft air pitching machine hat you feed styrofoam balls into. Needless to say, there was only about 10 balls for 4 of these machines. That's just really sad. Watching the Pump It Up team feed the kids with pizza stacked up in one hand from the counter and dumping the pizza on plates at the table with the other hand was pretty gosh darned unimpressive. I'd never recommend coming back here and I'd probably recommend to the host not to as well.
