This place was great at first BUT the interactions with the employees made me change my opinion, they all had nasty attitudes and looked like they hated their jobs. before i interacted with the employees, i actually stated to my friend that i wanted to work here, but none of the workers even smiled once except for a birthday announcements for one of the staff. Needs way better employment because I treated them all with respect saying thank you and please and they didn't even respond to me or if they did, they had an attitude. This place needs welcoming smiles and friendly interactions with customers. Hire people that enjoy working with children not these random college students.

Fun time !

Found a good deal on Pulsd and glad to be able to experience laser tag at this arena. Parking is not bad nearby on a Friday night . Kids definitely out ran me in the laser tag. Cool spot to hang on top with air hockey, games, fooseball, etc. beer and wine for purchase. Definitely worth the money and will be back

Had the best time with my 14 year old godson. The food prices are outrageous $4.50 for a bottled coke!! Stairs are a bit much after running around use of the elevator would be nice. We are trying the paintball at the other location next Sunday

pretty solid laser tag experience. the 8-12pm deal for $30 is amazing. laser tag every half hour and unlimited mini bowling. food is pretty decent and the prices are also acceptable. the arcade area looks great and overall this is definitely a place to have a birthday party like event. bathrooms are pretty clean as well! only complaint is that there is no wifi anywhere in the building and the service downstairs kinda sucks. the service is great though! friendly staff members and service employees run this great establishment!

This wasn't my favorite way to do Lazer tag but maybe I'm tied to my childhood memories of flashing lights, foggy areas, plush wall pillars and a worn out vest. You will get a work out here because you're running on a concrete area that's large enough to host a wedding. There's no fog, and it's not even covered in artificial darkness. It's dimly lit with red lights, a huge scoreboard and you can pretty much see....well...everyone. The guns aren't those plastic scanning looking machines but refurbished paintball guns so they're much heavier and it takes way more precision to hit a target. You have to aim for this black box on the top of your opponents gun and vice versus. You also have to bring your own food and drinks which is nice if you're planning a large gathering or party. I was winded and had to take a break at times.Sometimes the guns didn't work and you have to constantly run back to a safe area/zone to re-up on 'ammunition.' I think I prefer the traditional Lazer tag of the past. The guns are so realistic here. It was kinda odd seeing little children with, what looked pretty much like a machine gun/rifle, considering the times were in with gun violence. But I'm not a Debby downer. I get it! It's all in fun but I probably wouldn't go back. The experience was meh. The parking was hellish in that area.

One of the employees, Flex, was a huge help and is definitely a 10/10 worker! Made my experience so much better.

Was very fun, even for adults. The only thing is the space could be bigger to include more things like Thrillz in Connecticut.

RUDE STAFF! Unprofessional. Bathroom needs attending. I do not feel like this is a children friendly place because of the staff's attitudes.

It's small and there's not much to do. I spent most of my time on line. However, I did enjoy the variety of rock climbing activities.

Time really does fly when your having fun ! I booked Prestigious Gaming Truck for my son birthday…read moreparty , we had a blast ! The customer service was great. I changed locations twice and the owners were accommodating. The inside of the truck was just the right temperature , outside was hot but the AC inside of the truck was nice and cool. They have the newest gaming consoles and tablets for the little ones The game catalog starts from the latest video games to some of the classics like Pac-Man. There are also big screens on the outside of the truck. I challenged the kids to " Just Dance " (I can't dance ) but it was all in fun. I will definitely book this family owned business again , the two young sons were helpful in assisting us navigating the games.

Prestigious Gaming on Wheels is excellent!!!! We hired them for my son's 10 birthday party…read more Tricia's customer service and attention to detail is on point. She communicated well and proactively and worked with our schedule. The team was really attentive to all the kids. If a child was struggling with how to play a game or use a controller, Tricia's son was there immediately and proactively to address it. The gift bag and custom birthday t-shirt for my son were so so thoughtful. The truck was pristine and in excellent condition. Everyone was so nice! And what I love the most is this is a family run business. I wish them continued success and expansion! My children had so much fun that my daughter asked us to hire Prestigious Gaming for her birthday. So we'll be doing this again in June!

Came here for laser tag. I expected them to provide vest and headband with laser sensors, but nope…read more They only came with headbands that had 4 sensors on. Basically you will have to specifically aim to the head and hit those sensors to score point. This makes the difficulty more challenging... The games are fun tho. We came here as a big group that took over the whole session. They had multiple types of games: death match, re-spawn, capture the flag, protect the leader, etc. I would say the games are quite interesting. The advise that I would provide would be please dont wear too much clothing as it would get hot over the course of the games. I would suggest to wear tshirt as some running, crouching, jumping, dashing, and physical sport would be involved. I'd say if you have the chance try it out and i can guarantee that you will have some fun : )

Be prepared to sweat, be out of breath, and have a really good time!! As soon as our play time was…read moreover, we decided we are going back in the fall. The place is located in what looks like an office park of brick buildings. There are signs in the lot for all of the businesses so you will see theirs as you approach their building. Plenty of parking. Please be sure to download the app and create your call sign before arrival. Once you get there, you check in at the counter and then sign in on the tablets. IF YOU DON'T download and create your call sign before you get there, you can do it on site but it can mean a late start for everyone, and your team is not the only team playing if you didn't reserve the space for yourselves. This mean the staff may rush through instructions, you get less time to play, and you're making strangers wait on you. Also, I strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, as suggested by the business, so you have enough time to fully understand the directions if you've never played before, and also to respect everyone's time. They split our group of 9 friends between the red and blue teams. The husband was on the opposite team and I have to take a moment to point out that though my accuracy was low as was my total kills, I killed him twice There are several items to hide behind and turns to hide you. I think the farther end has the advantage though. They repositioned teams halfway theough. It takes a little time to figure your way around even with the maps on the wall, particularly if you keep dying before you get to the other side. It's dark and you don't leave your home base until the timer says you can, at which point you're trying to shoot the enemy so you may not be as observant of what is in the space or what's next to it or how far from the other side. All adds to the fun. Each game is 6 minutes and the staff fill you in on the next round in between each. This also gives you a few minutes to catch your breath. At some point you will appreciate that. I don't like that there's only one box to reup when you die or that everyone on the team can die if one person is shot in specific instances. I also think they should have vests instead of that head piece. I struggled with aim for a while but I think next time I'll be more comfortable with it. It gets really warm in there so dress comfortably. We were all sweating and I had to wash my face after to cool down. We had so much fun! I am definitely going back.
