This place was great at first BUT the interactions with the employees made me change my opinion, they all had nasty attitudes and looked like they hated their jobs. before i interacted with the employees, i actually stated to my friend that i wanted to work here, but none of the workers even smiled once except for a birthday announcements for one of the staff. Needs way better employment because I treated them all with respect saying thank you and please and they didn't even respond to me or if they did, they had an attitude. This place needs welcoming smiles and friendly interactions with customers. Hire people that enjoy working with children not these random college students.

    Fun time !

Found a good deal on Pulsd and glad to be able to experience laser tag at this arena. Parking is not bad nearby on a Friday night . Kids definitely out ran me in the laser tag. Cool spot to hang on top with air hockey, games, fooseball, etc. beer and wine for purchase. Definitely worth the money and will be back

Had the best time with my 14 year old godson. The food prices are outrageous $4.50 for a bottled coke!! Stairs are a bit much after running around use of the elevator would be nice. We are trying the paintball at the other location next Sunday

pretty solid laser tag experience. the 8-12pm deal for $30 is amazing. laser tag every half hour and unlimited mini bowling. food is pretty decent and the prices are also acceptable. the arcade area looks great and overall this is definitely a place to have a birthday party like event. bathrooms are pretty clean as well! only complaint is that there is no wifi anywhere in the building and the service downstairs kinda sucks. the service is great though! friendly staff members and service employees run this great establishment!

This wasn't my favorite way to do Lazer tag but maybe I'm tied to my childhood memories of flashing lights, foggy areas, plush wall pillars and a worn out vest. You will get a work out here because you're running on a concrete area that's large enough to host a wedding. There's no fog, and it's not even covered in artificial darkness. It's dimly lit with red lights, a huge scoreboard and you can pretty much see....well...everyone. The guns aren't those plastic scanning looking machines but refurbished paintball guns so they're much heavier and it takes way more precision to hit a target. You have to aim for this black box on the top of your opponents gun and vice versus. You also have to bring your own food and drinks which is nice if you're planning a large gathering or party. I was winded and had to take a break at times.Sometimes the guns didn't work and you have to constantly run back to a safe area/zone to re-up on 'ammunition.' I think I prefer the traditional Lazer tag of the past. The guns are so realistic here. It was kinda odd seeing little children with, what looked pretty much like a machine gun/rifle, considering the times were in with gun violence. But I'm not a Debby downer. I get it! It's all in fun but I probably wouldn't go back. The experience was meh. The parking was hellish in that area.

I do recommend playing the weather simulator game since it has a bunch of options to play solo and coop. Then there's the box bird game that pins two players to collect as much points as you can. Pretty simple. I did enjoy this fighting game that doesn't require much knowledge. It has your simple lows and heavys and an auto combo. Pork was a great character to play with. The parental lounge was nice and cozy leaving the adults an opportunity to sit down and relax while watching everything through the glass doors. The drinks are basic--beers, shots, beers and shots. I had a margarita and it wasn't the best I've ever had--but I came here for pinball, man! The bartender was attentive and friendly. She told me about the games available and which were newest. I had hoped The Mandalorian and Halloween games were still around, but they had sadly moved on. First, I still had a great time! Secondly, this just shows this venue changes out their games fairly often, and that's a plus for regulars. I should also mention, for NYC, the drinks are very reasonably priced. The variety of pinball machines was impressive and super cool. Twilight Zone, Monster Bash, Jaws, Stranger Things, Deadpool, Demolition Man, Elton John, and more. You can use quarters, but the machines also take one dollar bills, which I found super convenient. I gave the bartender a 20 and she gave me 20 ones, and I had a blast. Each machine has a cup holder for your booze. I enjoyed each machine for a different reason. I actually enjoyed the Elton John game a lot! And Monster Bash was pretty cool and seemed to let me have a lot of extra games. You can tell these games are loved and well cared for. Clean and immaculately maintained. This is a fun, low-key place to check out if you like basic, low-priced booze and pinball.

The nachos were my least favorite. The chicken was very bland, the only thing that tasted good was the nachos that had the queso on it. Other than that it sure was lacking flavor. The kids pepperoni pizza was good. There is a large selection of seating area. I love that there are big TV screens throughout the restaurant and bar. You are able to see multiple sports channels all at once. I wind up getting the power card through our waiter. The arcade part has enough games to keep you entertained.
