A little courtesy goes a long way, and first impressions matter. If interacting with customers is such an inconvenience, maybe customer service isn't the right career. No one expects a red carpet, but basic professionalism shouldn't be too much to ask. It takes less effort to be polite than it does to have an attitude. Businesses spend thousands trying to attract new customers, only for one rude employee to send them walking right back out the door. A bad first impression is hard to forget

Basically you will have to specifically aim to the head and hit those sensors to score point. This makes the difficulty more challenging... The games are fun tho. We came here as a big group that took over the whole session. They had multiple types of games: death match, re-spawn, capture the flag, protect the leader, etc. I would say the games are quite interesting. The advise that I would provide would be please dont wear too much clothing as it would get hot over the course of the games. I would suggest to wear tshirt as some running, crouching, jumping, dashing, and physical sport would be involved. I'd say if you have the chance try it out and i can guarantee that you will have some fun : )

I had to email afterward just to learn that my "behavior and demeanor" had supposedly made people uncomfortable. Nobody ever told me specifically what I had done wrong, what boundary I had crossed, or gave me an opportunity to correct anything. I'm a human being, not furniture. If staff had simply communicated with me, I would have listened and complied. For context, I was not harassing people. I was a social regular who enjoyed friendly conversations, and if someone didn't want to interact, I respected that and gave them space. If staff wanted me to change something about my behavior, they could have simply told me. I would have listened and adjusted. I also have concerns about whether my race, sex, and height affected how I was perceived and treated, which I'll be looking into separately. After Months of follow-ups, management finally confirmed that I'm still not permitted on site. Great concept, but the way this was handled showed a serious lack of communication and people skills. One star. Wonderville has now publicly alleged that I followed people around. I categorically dispute that allegation. I did not follow people around the venue. I sometimes approached people socially, and if someone wasn't receptive, I gave them space.
